Awful experience. Attempted to have me pay $4300 to get my car to pass inspection. Said i needed brakes which still had 3/4 life left. Told me my rim was cracked whuch it wasnt. Then tech offered to buy my car when i refused work to be done. Took it down the street and passed inspection with flying colors. Careful where you bring your car.

I am fully disappointed for the service for what Matt the Manager in Midas Daniel webster Nashua branch gave to me, I had my first inspection and my vehicle is failed because It says I need to replace my two tires and replace the rotor&brakes of my car however they give me the amount that day and I told them I don’t have enough money and I will come back so my friend who is mechanic around the area can buy me a cheaper parts and after the parts delivered to my friend he fixed it and replace the concern items, after two weeks I go back to midas because I already paid $45 for the first visit , and midas put the sticker for 2026 , I thought I am all set but Matt wants me to charge for another for $25 for the sticker re-inspection I told them I already paid from the first place, I feel I overcharge maybe because I am just new here in Hudson NH now for me to able to wave the $25 he wants me to write a good reviews so they can wave the $25 which is I fake it and show it to him on the spot that day and I never did, however my concern is is this the law or policy of midas. I believe if you paid already the first inspection visit you can come back and they will not charge you again if you fixed the concern which I did, I feel overcharge and dissapointment. I am not over reacting this is the first time I encounter this, if I am wrong disregard this. I will not go to every midas ever again.

The staff member (Mike?) who answered the phone and arranged scheduling was lovely, but otherwise I was very disappointed with the service here. My car was rattling when going up hills so I took it in to try and diagnose the problem, especially since I was leaving in a few days for a long road trip. I left the car at the shop at 8:00am when they opened and had to initiate the first call after noon as I had not yet received an update. They called me back after they looked at the car and said there was a loose heat exhaust cover, an easy fix. However, they also recommended I have all new shocks and struts replaced and quoted me $2500. They explained (initially) that this was due to the mileage of the car and not the appearance or function of the parts. I contacted my friend who is a mechanic who said this was untrue and these parts only need to be replaced when they no longer function correctly or are leaking, not due to mileage. I denied the service, but accepted an alignment. I again had to initiate a call as they still did not reach out with an update and the shop was scheduled to close within the hour. When I arrived to pick up the car they admitted they were not busy, which was surprising as they took all day to address my issue and did not offer updates. The manager was also very off-putting and told me that my struts and shocks were leaking (which was refuted by the mechanic with him) and then later told me they were rusty and worn out. He also manipulated me by acting concerned when I said I was driving my car on a 1300 mile road trip and made me feel that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. He also made the comment that the shop "had to make money somehow" since it was a slow day. This was a very frustrating process, especially since I feel that they took advantage of my little knowledge of cars and made me unnecessarily fearful of driving my old (but reliable) vehicle. $2500 may seem like nothing to them, but that would sway my decision to retire my old car and buy a new one, a significant purchase. I took my car to a mechanic closer to home for a second opinion and they assured me that the shocks and struts were fine. I am well into my road trip and the car is doing great. If you don't want to be taken advantage of and blow money unnecessarily I would advise taking your business elsewhere.

I brought my 2020 Hyundai Tucson to the Midas Nashua at 116 Daniel Webster Highway S, Nashua, NH 03060 after noticing a ticking noise and a check engine light. The staff was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. Matthew, the technician, took the time to show me the metal shavings in my old oil filter and explain what was going on. The gentleman at the counter (whose name I didn’t catch) went above and beyond by applying a discount since the additive did not completely fix the issue right away. Between the oil change, Lucas additive, and complimentary tire rotation, I was treated with fairness and respect. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and integrity in auto service. I highly recommend this Midas location.

Had went to another location for an oil change and tire rotation, where they told me they didn’t have time for tire rotation (think they guy just wanted to go home) but I was pretty upset after sitting in terrible traffic to get there. I've tried other places in Nashua and haven't found the consistency or friendliness at the other places like i do at Midas (including my old Midas location back in Illinois). I appreciate getting a report with images describing the exactly what's going wrong and the degree of severity. Matt and Robert do a great job on the front end of things making recommendations for preventative maintenance without hunting for extra items to expense and work. They also work with you on price within the constraints of their franchise. They seem to recognize me and remember what they worked on last time just by me qalking in the door (and if not, they keep good records of the work they performed last visit). They seem to be able to get parts quickly and I usually only have to wait about 2-3 hours depending on the service. I plan to keep coming back here for repairs, customer for 5 years and counting.

I had an unexpected issue on my way to Vermont for a ski trip – my windshield washer fluid had frozen solid. I stopped at the Midas location in Nashua, NH, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The Store Manager (Matt) was incredibly professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful. Rather than turning me away or suggesting I visit a dealership an hour away, he took the time to properly address the problem. The team worked quickly to not only replace the fluid but also used a specialized concentrated de-icing solution to clear out the frozen lines – something I couldn't have found elsewhere. What impressed me most was that the Manager didn't charge me a cent for the service. In a world where it's easy to take advantage of someone in a bind, he chose kindness and customer care instead. Thanks to him, I made it to the slopes on time and avoided what could have been a frustrating delay. If you're in the Nashua area and need automotive service, I highly recommend this Midas location.
