I've used Mavis in the past when they matched price on four tires from Tire Warehouse which, of course, did not directly offer installation (Mavis did). Recently they provided a competitive tire repair price -- and then didn't charge me because after examining the tire, told me the repair wasn't needed. Sadly, that type of integrity is rare in vehicle service ... the store is close by and, perhaps, will be doing my tire replacement work on my new vehicle.

This place has to get its act together I set the first appointment they tell me they have the tires coming in on Tuesday. Then I call them to confirm and they tell me they will not have the tires until Thursday They then sell me on an alternative brand that they have in stock and we set up an appointment for Wednesday They tell me because I have an early appointment.I will be out of there within an hour. I show up a hair early and there is a woman before me who states she is there an hour early They check us both in. An hour and a half goes as I work on phone i get up to stretch and notice.My vehicle is still in the parking lot and the woman that arrived in our early is up on the lift I then approached the man at the register to ask him.How much longer this will take? He looks at me and he says it's gonna be a while AND SUGGESTED I COME BACK LATER IN THE AFTERNOON ! Well it's gonna be a while before they see the of me again

This branch is simply amazing. The manager is so unbelievably kind and helpful. I pulled in on an almost flat tire and they took my car right in and fixed the flat within 20 minutes. I came in after because it seems I had another leak and I said I can come back tomorrow you close in 10 minutes and the technician tells me he has 10 minutes left on the clock to pull my car up and he’ll take a look. The customer service here is better than anywhere I’ve ever been. I will never go anywhere else for work because of the team and management here at this location.

Employee ensured us on the phone that they would take care of us and prorate tires that failed after 10,000 miles. When we arrived for appointment it was a different story. They said they could not honor the warranty and gave us the run around. Will never go back to Mavis again. Very poor customer service. This was the Nashua, NH location.

I had such a great experience at Mavis Tires on Amherst Street! I was really nervous about getting my shocks looked at, but they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Sam and Josh were the gentlemen who helped me over the phone, and they were kind, patient, and transparent. This isn’t my first time coming here either. Previously, when I had a popped tire, Sam squeezed me in an hour before closing. They are always so accommodating. As a woman, going to mechanics alone can sometimes feel intimidating, but they treated me with respect and never made me feel taken advantage of. Honestly, they made the whole experience easy and stress-free!!!!

Tire replacement review - these guys had me in and out of there quick, they were able to get the tire I needed within 2days whereas the big warehouse club (starting with a C) wouldn’t have it for 10-15 days and no difference in price. The service was impeccable. I booked four new tires and an alignment which at other locations would have been hours of work however; I was in and out in just over an hour with updates along the way. The team here also managed to fix a sensor issue I have been having since purchasing my vehicle. I will also note, it was a very cold winter day and the technicians did not hesitate to help poor souls who came in with issues keeping their tires pressure up due to temperature. 10 out of 10 will return.
