What an awesome experience! Some of the nicest people I have encountered at a dealership in a long time. Tim was excellent to work with. He was not pushy and he was very understanding and honest. Everyone there seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and working with each other. Overall such a refreshing and positive experience I can’t recommend them enough!!

To start - sales team, specifically Ryan, are AMAZING. However when it comes to the service department and bump clinic, my experience thus far has been awful. On my first visit with the service department I interacted with a very rude man who did my inspection but nothing else that needed to be done as he “forgot” and “we close at 4 so you’ll have to come back for those”. When I returned for those things I worked with Stephanie who was very welcoming and helpful. Next issue.. I have some sort of discoloration UNDER my clear coat to which Ryan and the sales manager informed me to go to the bump clinic and have the bill sent to sales so it can be taken care of on them as this is not my fault. Arrived at the bump clinic on Tuesday and they took photos to send to sales to get approved and haven’t heard back at all. So now it is Friday and I call for an update only to find out the photos were never sent and that it is going to be MONTHS before my door can be repainted… on a brand new 2025 that arrived like that from the factory. All I can say is I would purchase another car from Ryan and the sales team, but will definitely not be returning here for my service or any other issues as they are heavily lacking in customer service.

David Lamb service advisor gave Expert informative information for my Honda recall for the backup camera wiring and my Ridgeline pickup . Drop off and pickup area is enclosed. The waiting area is comfortable with complementary coffee . They even washed my truck . Service by the advisor and the shop will ensure that if I ever need a new car replacement it will be with Peters of Nashua . Great from the day I purchased this vehicle.

I would never go to them again. 2 years ago I went in to get into a vehicle and they ran my credit hard. Then in turn wouldn't even work to get me into a car. The salesman took me out to look at cars in the lot that I possibly could get into. Didn't even open the doors or ask if I wanted a test drive. Luckily I had a wonderful experience with midstate Mitsubishi and they got me into a brand new vehicle.

Upon moving to NH, I took my car to Peters for the state inspection because I knew it was likely due for some maintenance and I prefer to have my car serviced at a Honda dealership. They did need to do extensive work on the car but Rebekah was extremely friendly, flexible, and communicative throughout. They gave me a great loaner car at no charge for a week (work was completed faster than that but I had personal schedule conflicts with picking up my car and they did not mind at all). The front desk staff were also very helpful with processing the loaner paperwork and even showing me how to operate its features.

The staff seems condescending when it comes to low budget purchase. They don't honor appointment time and make you wait for so long before they entertain you, and then try rushing you into a deal. We didn't wanna go through financing and this possibly irked the representative who condescendingly made a comment saying "In America, we focus on something like auto loan history" This seemed quite offensive and an insensitive remark.

I recently had the pleasure of helping a friend purchase a car from Peters Honda of Nashua, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The showroom was clean and welcoming, with a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Our salesperson James Diregorio was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He patiently answered all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. Overall, Peters Honda of Nashua goes above and beyond in customer service. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend giving them a visit. Best part was they offer a lifetime power train warranty that I have not seen anywhere else.

Took my 2021 accord there for service and one of there employees dented and broke my bumper clips on the right side. Then the manager didnt respond to my email with pics. Theres no integrity at the service end from the shop guys. Horrible way of treating customers. I will escalate and if i have to ill go legal with it.

Just went with my husband to purchase his new car and I have NEVER been so beyond disgusted with the way a manager has spoken to someone. To come into a room and belittle my husband in front of his family because he asked for money off due to the car literally being broken (it hadn’t been through service prior to us coming to purchase, so the price they were holding was one they chose before knowing what was wrong with it) was appalling and I will absolutely telling every single person I know to stay so far away from the dealership.

My experience with Peters of Nashua, and specifically their associated 'DriveO' valuation platform, was a masterclass in calculated deception and a profound waste of time. Any potential customer should be acutely aware of their highly misleading business practices, particularly concerning vehicle acquisitions. The process began with a firm, confident offer to purchase my vehicle at a specific price—an offer that necessitated over four hours of my time, including dedicated travel to their location. This initial quote, which I trusted was a good-faith commitment, proved to be nothing more than a lure. Upon arrival, the staff, who seem to operate under the confusing guise of the 'DriveO' brand to obscure accountability to the main dealership, engaged in protracted, stalling tactics. After four hours of waiting, negotiations, and inspections, the dealership flatly refused to honor their initial, binding offer. This is the definition of a bait-and-switch: using a high initial quote to physically get a seller onto their property, only to refuse the transaction and waste the seller's valuable time. This was not merely a case of minor negotiation; this was outright refusal to complete a transaction they had initiated and solicited. The team at Peters of Nashua/DriveO demonstrated a cynical disregard for the customer’s time and operated with an alarming lack of integrity. This dealership relies on deception to move people into their showroom. I strongly advise taking your business to any establishment that values transparency and respects its clients.
