We have had positive experiences with other Golden Nozzle locations, so we thought we'd try this one while in the area running errands. The basic car wash was decent. The location is ridiculously inefficient. Do not bother!! When you pull in, you pass the vacuums, which you can't use yet, because you have to buy a car wash to get the token for the vacuum. Fair enough. Free vacuum for paying customers. Makes sense. But! You can't get back to the vacuums easily! The loop for the car wash is one way, and if you come back around to use the vacuums after getting your car washed, you either have to go through the car wash again (what?) or back out awkwardly while other cars are trying to come in. NO THANKS! We skipped the "free" vacuums. We won't be back.

A good car wash with great prices. Their Unlimited offer is a must have. With all of the salt and sand used in the Northeast U.S. Golden Nozzle provides is with a great way to protect your car's finish.

I'm a monthly pass member. I go there couple of times of a week. The customer service is great, very friendly ppl but only thing made me cancel my membership was the dirty soft wash clothes scratch my clear coat and also other customers were experiencing same kind of problems. So hopefully the service manager will keep close eyes đź‘€ in these problems!! Enjoy..

Love the place. Just got a membership. Workers are polite and helpful. They only i do be concerned about them been out in the cold all day and nowhere i see anywhere for them to sit or keep warm. Other than that it’s a cool place. But the owner of the company should at least keep them warm or have a seat to sit on when there is no cars around.

I never ever come back here again, there is a young woman of 16 yrs old working by her self without management with a very bad attitude, and disrespectful. For anything she said that the manager doesn’t want you there and kick you out. And by the way you pay for a special service and she doesn’t add that service to your car, so I don’t know what she is doing with the money. No a good place to spend money.

$9 basic car wash gives a superior clean and is a great value. Includes token for free 10 minute use of on site vacuum. Kiosk where you pay needs better signage as some payment options have been rubbed off. Staff very helpful.

I go all the time, have monthly pass... it's been banging in my left mirror, and I believe it knocked put my sensor on the left side of my new car. I got fixed and I will take pictures before and after next time. Two of the vacuums don't suck up debris. I hope they fix them. People there are typically pleasant.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO ONE GIVES YOU QUICK PRE-WASH EVEN IF YOU REQUEST IT. WORST OF ALL NO TOWEL DRYING. ATTENDANT LITERALLY LIED TO MY FACE WHEN I ASKED TO PRE-WASH HEAVY DIRT AREAS. HE SAID OK SO I CLOSED MY WINDOW. AS THEY BEGIN TO ROLL THE CAR IN, HE JUST IGNORED ME AND PUT ME THROUGH THE WASH. FIRST AND LAST TIME I'M EVER BRINGING MY BUSINESS HERE.

I stopped in for a wash, and told the attendant I needed tires cleaned and tire shine applied. He got me the $20.00 "Best" package. The tires were still dirty and NO TIRE SHINE when I came out of the tunnel. I flagged the attendant down and pointed the issues out. He said, "Yeah boss, that machine is broke. I can rerun it, but it's gonna be the same." I asked for my money back. He said he could only rerun it. I left a message for the number on the receipt for a call back. Not going to recommend at all.

Paid $17.00 for single car wash; arrived home to discover one whole side of car was covered w/ soap residue; b/c I live out of town, didn’t return until today, asking for a proper rinse ..attendant said I would have to pay for complete wash! Never go there again!! No recourse??? Unethical!

Was not happy with golden nozzles express wash ,plenty of soap still visible on my vehicle but they did honor a free second wash for free so that was a plus! And i did get a free vacuum ..... Gonna do that now.

Worse place to go. Car stays dirty after 3 wash and on top of that, the brushes are too closed to your passenger side. It knocked off my side view mirror. They didn't pay for my damage and blamed the year of the car. 2004 BMW X5 that is a $15,000 car in pristine condition.

I always went here to get my truck washed. I have been trying to get a hold of the manager for over 2 weeks now. I replaced my windshield and they had me fill out some form. No one returned my call. I just wanted to get a replacement sticker as my windshield was replaced. They are still deducting money from my account and I would like someone to reach out to me so that we can fix this issue. Called the number that was provided below. Left a voice message. A nice lady provided me with instructions on what to do. I then brought it to Golden Nozzle( a passcode that was provided) the car wash worker at the time gave me new sticker and let me get a car wash. The worker also had me fill out another form and states that he will give it to his manager. Then I get a phone call from the worker saying that the passcode provided is not valid. I am very disgusted at the customer service that I am receiving. It shouldn’t be so difficult for someone to transfer over to a new sticker. Why is this so difficult? This can’t be the 1st time you are dealing with this situation. I am not calling anymore and someone needs to reach out to me at this point. I don’t feel as if I should pay a monthly fee if I do not have a sticker to use for my car wash. Corporate please handle this situation and properly train your staffs on how to do a sticker transfer.

Update: I called customer service and nothing changed. They did not resolve the issue. The owner is still hiding behind his middle managers. They did not reimburse me for the second flat tire. All they did was waste more of my time. Don't believe for a second that they ever intended to help. Don't bother going here unless you want a major hassle. I went in with four good tires and came out with two flat tires. Two employees admitted fault for the incident but would only reimburse me for one tire replacement. They also tried to blame me for jumping the roller despite the fact that I didn't touch the steering wheel or the brakes or the gear shifter. One employee said it happens sometimes, yet somehow it wasn't their fault. Spent the entire rest of the day waiting hours to get towed and have both tires replaced. The manager put up a brick wall when I asked to speak directly to the owner, who obviously has no interest in accountability or loyalty to his customers. They told me I was lucky to get reimbursed for anything at all. And, to top it off, my car was still dirty after the wash. There are plenty of car washes in the area and I recommend going to any of them before trying this one.

CROOKS. They knowingly opened W/O heat and usher vehicles through. Their frozen-over brushes scrape the paint off the car and the foam freezes on the paint. Instead of due diligence knowing the heat is out in the wash, and either fixing it or closing until temps warm. Fenn Rd & Berlin turnpike will always be worth the drive now.

Worse car wash! The wrap broke me left mirror and they refuse to replace it. Im talking about a mirror that wasn't damaged prior! The manager is unprofessional and he treats customers with disdain. Absolutely no regards for customer's damage vehicle whether it be a scratch or a broken mirror!
