On July 9, 2024, I went to Good Guys Automotive LLC to get service work on my vehicle for new engine mounts (3 total), an oil sensor, and an oil sensor harness. Soon after the work was done, my car started having circuit issues and a low battery, with the car radio being reset and the back speaker not working, as if the car battery had been reconnected—which, in this case, it was! I informed them about the issue on the same day, but they were dismissive about the car issues. Then again, on 7/11/2024, I took the Carr back to them to be inspected because of the ongoing car battery issues. My car was fluctuating with low circuit energy and shutting down. Evan (manager) told me I needed a new battery, and my AAA car battery was meant for temporary use only for my car. I immediately informed him that I had never owned a AAA car battery in the car's life and that this was incorrect. Instantly, I knew that the battery had to be removed for the car radio to be reset at the wrong time, and the back sub's speakers were also not connected. In contrast, both the radio and back speakers were unhooked from the car battery, causing a loss of power. I inferred Evan (manager) to re-hook the speaker cable to the battery; thereafter, it started working for a short period of time. As a result, with my baby girl in my hand, I could not proceed to remedy the situation because she was crying at the time, and I needed to get her home as soon as possible. Once more, before I left, I informed Good Guys Automotive LLC that there were mischievous works going on. Hence, I came to the shop for car engine mounts, and they did a pre-diagnostic check beforehand, showing that this was, in fact, not the case upon arrival before they began work on the car. Upon arriving back at the house, the steering wheel column began to lock up, and the red car battery light sign flashed with the red lightning indicator as well. Thereafter, as I was finally able to park the car, I stopped and strolled through my phone for previous pictures. It was then that I found pictures of my original car battery that had been replaced without my permission. The auto shop had indeed swapped out my car battery for their old AAA car battery. Consequently, it's a tragic case of automotive thievery and customer service, for which I unknowingly paid $1,500. What would have happened if I had been stranded with my daughter on the highway? May justice prevail.

Hands down the best auto repair shop. I have been going to Good Guys since 2013 when I had my Pontiac Grand Prix. At that time they were in the gas station. Now I have a Ford Fusion and they have their own shop!!! I say that to say I had my Grand Prix pass 225,000 miles and I believe it’s because every time something major happened to my car Good Guys got me up and running again. Every time I come they never try and sell me anything, they educate me on what the issue is and how to fix it. They give options if they are safe and their prices are reasonable. They will even work with you if times are hard! Good Guys truly live up to their name! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My whole family goes to Good Guys!! What a suitable name Good Guys. My daughter directed me to these guys. I am an OG these men are so respectful and helpful they explain my situation clearly for me to understand, and I am grateful for that. They are reasonable with their prices and my daughter told me that they would work with you if it comes to that. Evan and Steve were awesome I hate taking any vehicle to a shop because they try and rip you off but not Evan and his crew I drove up at 9am they ordered the parts I needed I came back at 3pm and was back driving with a brand new suspension by 5pm. I have been going to Good Guys Auto now for almost a year. I had my doubts if they were really good guys, meaning having the best interest at heart when it comes to get your car fixed or if they just out to get your money. I must say my recent visit was great. They fixed my car in a timely service with great customer service. Evan also gave me advice on maintaining the vehicle. I’m very satisfied with good guys and will take my car here instead of dealership.

This place is awesome! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I took my truck in for new rims and tires and they recommended an alignment which I’m so happy they did. This truck has never drove better. Wish I would have found out about them sooner! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Evan is one of the most knowledgable and thorough mechanics I have ever met. He did the brakes on my Eclipse once and they were so good I got rear ended in stop and go traffic. Cashed in that sweet insurance money and I was in a brand new car!! Good things happen at good guys to good guys/gals/them. If I didn't live in north Florida I would be taking my car in for regular service. If you or your adult offspring easily fall in love I would keep them at a distance from the shop during work hours. To say the service men are dashing is an understatement. Evan himself is not too bad on the eyes either. Anyways, I have a wife and kids so I can't keep going on about this.. Go to good guys. After returning from a cruise we started on the road and the radiator blew in our van. Talked to the owner had our car towed there. Not only did they make space in their schedule to get us in. Highly recommend Good Guys Auto! I came in for an oil and filter change on my mom’s Mercedes GLC 300, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and easy to work with, you can tell they truly care about doing quality work and treating customers right. :) Everything was done efficiently, and we’ll definitely be back soon to have the wheels changed as well.
