Great experience! Kim at the front desk help navigate the process. She is very knowledgeable and explained my options. I am on the schedule and will update this once the Service is complete. *My car has now been painted and it looks amazing. I did have it painted almost exact same as original color. They did a great job and Kim was top notch customer service.

Not sure where all the good reviews came from. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE repair and paint job. I had to have them redo their “repair” on a dent in my car twice and it still looked terrible and the dent was never fully removed. The paint is cracked and chipping not even 2 months later. Whoever was working on my car wore dirty muddy boots and got mud all over my door, carpet, mats, and seat. Wouldn’t even come to this location for a scratch on my car. Do not recommend this place at all. Rushed and horrible job, was not even done properly.

This place is amazing. I found it online one Saturday after having an appointment with the other Maaco in west Palm. I was in desperate need for help when nobody showed up after 2 hours of me waiting. I called this place & Boy of Boy Kim, Kim, Kim. You are a God sent! I can’t that you enough for going above & beyond for me on a Saturday. After driving an hour to the west Palm location then waiting for 2 hours I was not a happy camper. When I got to Kim’s location she went above n beyond to assist me. She was very upfront and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and what to expect. Due to the nature of my situation she went above and beyond to assist me and fitting me into her schedule. Fast forward to pick up day! 🤯🥹😍🔥Kim, you did it again! You and your team are AMAZING! 🤗🤗 my car looks like nothing happened to it! My GMC ACADIA had some chipping in the paint on the front fender. I took it to Maaco on Military Trail in Rivera Beach..Kim was the associate, she was Very Helpful and explained how the work would be applied. I dropped my Acadia off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday.. Wow.. What A Professional Job. My Acadia looks like a Brand New SUV again... Thank You Kim and Thank You Maaco. Niece borrowed a neighbor's pickup for work purposes..going thru a very narrow gate, t truck side hit the gate..huge dents..needed panel to be replaced..Kim gave us a very reasonable quote and work was done in days..awesome customer service and work quality. The service manager (Kim) was one of the most competent and considerate people I’ve ever met in the auto industry. The work completed was superior and the car was returned to me looking brand new and within the time promised . The estimate provided was very reasonable. These people are 5 stars. I am not very familiar with Google reviews or social media in general and after posting this spotted a few other reviews for this location that were not only unfavorable but claimed that positive reviews were “fake”. I can assure you this one is not a fake. This was my first experience with a collision repair and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.

What an absolutely fantastic company at the Riviera Beach location, store M2656. I researched this location and saw many reviews that mention Kim Nigara and was very pleasantly surprised that the reviews were spot on. I purchased a Chevy Impala on October 2002, yup 22 years ago. It had developed what I thought was a minor leak. Kim gave me a preliminary estimate that was revised later that day after her crew had removed the windshield and found additional damage. Photos will be attached. This remarkable crew was able to correct all damage that quoted for a week, in only 2 days. From 1pm Monday to 12pm Wednesday. Truly Fantastic and Remarkable. Kim and crew. Thank you very much!

I am very happy with the paint job. But not happy that the lever, which opens my trunk was broken. You pull the lever to open the trunk and push the lever to open The gas cap cover. I was told after I noticed it that that kind of damage was not covered so they were not responsible to fix it. I was told that it was an older car and The cable which was broken, could give out in an older car.The person I spoke to never denied that They Broke the lever. Just that they were not responsible to repair it. It does surprise me that a company like Macco Would not hold itself responsible repair damage caused by one of their service people.

Im so glad I chose Maaco. Sadly, I had to take my wife's car in recently for paint and bodywork(accident). I wasn't sure where I needed to go to get it fixed, but a friend recommended I try Maaco on Military Trl. Kim the front end manager was phenomenal. Her customer service and expertise made this process way better than I ever could of expected. From an initial quote, ordering parts, to final payment, she handled it all, and put me at ease in doing so... Thanks Kim! The paint and body work turned out great, and It was done in a very timely manner... I highly recommend this location, and they will be my go to if needed in the future!

I’m very happy with the paint job. I received At Maaco. Kim explained that there are a few different levels and qualities of jobs they can do and I wasn’t looking for the absolute best on a 1976 Ford truck. I wanna be able to put a beer on the hood without being upset about the paint. The truck was originally a super faded and pitted flat black. They did some additional bodywork and repainted blue. It turned out better than I thought it would. There were a few bubbles and some overspray on trim. However, this is In line with what I paid for. The trim cleaned right up. I plan on bringing my next project to them as well for the same service.
