I picked up my car from Good Times about an hour ago and had to leave a review! From my estimate to the time I picked my vehicle up, the communication was excellent. Because the repair was minor, I chose not to use insurance, and they were very up front with how the process works. Their partnership with Enterprise made drop off to pick up a breeze. My car was exponentially cleaner when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off, inside and out! Based on this experience, I would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else for body work. Thank you for being amazing!

I had an outstanding experience with Good Times Auto Body. I scraped the front bumper on my garage in my wife’s new Toyota sequoia just months after owning. I felt horrible and couldn’t believe the scrapes and scuffs the wood from the siding left. I was recommended Good Times and gave them a call. I spoke with a Rachelle. She was fantastic. I came in and they made my car look like new again. Customer service was top notch. From the body shop, to the admin office, to the paint booth, I had nothing but excellent service and quality. Jeremy in the paint section is also top notch. I will 100% use them for any auto body need I have in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

We are incredibly happy with the body repair of our Toyota Tundra. We have not been to a body repair shop in over 30 years, so it was a little daunting trying to find who we should go to. (Yes, we haven't been in an accident that whole time!) Justin and the ladies in the office were a complete delight to work with. They have impeccable customer service. It took a month to get our truck into them, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend.

Had a bad wreck did thousands of dollars worth of damage and the shop had it repaired and back to me in no time. The work done exceeded my expectations and it was done of the highest quality. They kept communication every step of the way so I never had to worry.
