Ya buy tires there and you sit and wait for 1 1/2 hours and still cant get them rotated and balanced. They dont care about customer service, just customer sales. Go to royal tire on Galveston st. For you tires.

Took 5hrs on a 2hour problem and still left with no ac in 100°+ wearher. Communication was not only lacking throughout the 5 hour service, but what was communicated was incorrect (ie. "Just started xyz, should be about 30 more minutes." And then proceeding to take 2 more hours.) If we would have known it would take up our whole day we would have left before the heat set in as we had two small children with us. This is the second time we have attempted to use this company's services but don't intend to return in the future.

Traveling thru from Colorado to southern Alabama I rode over some of those rumble strips and got a flat tire. I stayed at the hotel next to this place, luckily. An amazing guy named Matthew helped me get my tires inflated. They didn’t have my tires in stock and I needed them immediately. He sent me to the competition next door where I got new tires. I was simply amazed at this selfless act. This company does the right thing, even if there’s no financial gain. I would support this business and recommend ANYONE to this place. ThNk you, Matthew - you were God sent!!!

I want to thank John Robinson who I met through his Father and Mother Ray and Shelly Carpenter. John always listen and talk to me when it comes to my Jeep he cares about my happiness and well-being he will be a true friend for life and I want to thank him for telling me about Good Year . I was telling John about my problem with my Jeep he stated bring it by Good Year so we can take a look at it . So I made an appointment with Tammy Fletcher for Tuesday September 20,2022 at 2:30 pm. They fix my Jeep and I drove away happy I appreciate John and Good Year staff and I want to thank Tammy Fletcher for getting the ball rolling for calling my insurance company. I went to good year to get my brakes bled and they told me my roters were on the wrong side so I paid extra to get it fixed and they were extremely lazy and didn’t tighten my lug nuts back and my entire front driver wheel flew off across the highway in dfw and won’t take any kind of accountability highly don’t recommend

I was driving home from St. Jo and something started flapping under my car. I’ve had a bottom panel come off before so I knew what it was. Biggest problem, I was taking my CRV on a trip to North Carolina the next day. Drove to the dealership and was told anyone who could help had left. I went to Goodyear and told Tammy my problem and within 15 minutes the panel was removed and she was handing me my keys, no charge. We have used Goodyear before whenever our son’s cars needed work and they were prompt and fair. Cannot recommend them enough!
