I got a mechanic named Carlos. He was awesome. From the time he got here he explained everything he was going to do. As he worked he explained everything he was doing. Why he was doing it. And he then told me everything else I needed done for my car and the order I should get it done in. Of course I got the membership because of Carlos.

I called on a last thursday, and Marco came to my location within a few hours to figure out why my car wouldn't start. He explained my options clearly and gave me advice on the best course of action. He was nice, patient, and def sounded like he knew what was going on. Because they didn't have the part that day, marco came back the next morning and fixed my car in less time than he originally estimated. This company really cares about their customers. They even called me later to check how everything went after the initial visit. They don't treat ppl like they're just a number, which happens a lot with other mechanics, rushing through and on to the next appointment. I'll definitely use this company again if I have any future car problems!

My experience with goodhood auto was terrible...when I set up the appointment time frame was set for 2 to 6. So no set appointment time for when you will been seen so, basically you are on call for there availability! But anyways..went to my car which has been sitting in a church parking lot for a week, waiting for the mechanic to show up and halfway in to the time of wait I called and found out the mechanic had apparently no called and no showed to work. So wasted my day. They couldn't tell you that the guy didn't show up. Reschedule 2 days later and again the mechanic had an emergency so he wouldn't be able to make it. Bottom line no mechanic is apparently working for goodhood!!

The mechanic, Christian, worked for two days trying to get my vehicle repaired. Replacing the wiper motor led to a host of new issues.Yet the new issues that arose were attributed to the wiper motor and its connectors. Therefore, the diagnosis was spot on! Through all this Christian never gave up, never complained, or showed any negativity towards the challenge. He was personable. He communicacted well whether in person, phone, or text.The office communicated well too. I always knew what was happening and who was coming. Pricing was fair. Nice cleanup afterwards as well. I have used Goodhood a couple times and will continue. Nice to get your car repaired on your own property versus driving to a shop, leaving it for several days, and ubering back, or, hoping there is a courtesy service. Thank you!!! Goodhood is a SCAM! The mechanic who was assigned to us missed his 3 hr window. When my husband messaged him, he said it was his day off and to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next morning and still no one came.

I would highly recommend not using Good Hood. They neglected to tell me the membership I payed for $90. Automaticly gets charged every year. I didn't evan have that vehicle at the time they billed my credit card. No notice or communication. When I contacted them they would not refund any of it. Payed $90 for nothing for this year! What a ripped of. There service was questionable as well. Only used them once.

I called Good Hood auto mechanic based on the positive reviews , but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the hype. The staff was unorganized. The mechanic took the parties out of my car and left them on the floor of the car after working on my car for almost five hours, he gave up and left causing damage for the Convertable top. I have to take my car to another shop to fix the original problem and the top that GH mechanic damage, it cost me $3578.00 to fix it. DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE I'd RECOMMEND.

Love the service been subscriber for 3 years. Free oil changes plus 20% off any service. My new mechanic chris great job fast knowledgeable. And Heather in the office really cares about people. She called me 10 times on my long drive from Florida to help me get my new car home. She knew how important the car was to me and I could tell she cared. This is kick butt service. They will come to your house or work if need be.

It starts okay. You get a quote online quickly. Almost immediately they follow up with a call trying to get you booked. I used their service and now have an issue. I've been trying to have someone come back out and take a look at the issue. My car is making a noise that wasn't there until the control arms got replaced. They literally will not answer my phone calls or texts to get a tech back out. However, when placing another quote, they immediately will call you back. During this call back, I brought up I wanted a tech to come back out to inspect the work, they said they would look to schedule me ASAP. Two more text messages to GoodHood and still no response. DO NOT USE.

For what I thought was a serious issue in which I got my quote for, it turned out to be a quite simple fix, a dead battery. Got the battery, he installed and my car is running just fine!! I needed brakes and rotors replaced, I got the run around from several different people who never showed up. I found GoodHood they were a life saver at a very reasonable price. spoke with Heather several times during an 3 week period, she was always sooooo nice giving me advice, assisting me. Heather was amazing, she did everything possible to get me a same day. Franky kept me updated with the eta of arrival, he was very kind and did a wonderful job. I wish I had more than 5 stars because they deserve it!!!
