Since we had a lot of driving to do the next few days including an 8 hour drive home, we were concerned about getting the tire fixed quickly. The staff here was incredibly helpful and since the tire luckily only needed a patch, they were able to take us right away and we were back on the road in less than an hour. We really appreciated them helping us out and getting us back on the road so quickly!

This past Wednesday I went to get a tire rotation and an alignment. However, after dropping off my car and walking over to Lighthouse Coffee to wait I received a call recommending that I replace my windshield wipers. The problem is that I had replaced them on Monday, literally two days before. I literally still had the wiper boxes right behind my drivers seat. I can’t help but feel this placed tried to upsale me something I didn’t need to get a few extra dollars out of me. Any mechanic worth anything should have been able to tell that these were brand new wiper blades. So even though this is small I unfortunately I do not believe that I can trust this place in the future.

They rigged my car by putting my coolant housing on my engine to melt so I would have to come back and get work done they stole my fenders so the alternator job would malfunction and debris would disrupt my alternator so I will have to come back to them I got an alternator job done and they gave me a defective alternator must have wanted more money out of me by rigging my car to be damaged for no reason I called the cops on these people left my car with them for a whole week to be treated like a side mechanic on side of the road

Horrible Customer Service! I went there not long ago for a wheel alignment. This older heavyset guy told me it would be a 2 hour wait.. I ask to speak to another guy that worked there, that my mechanic referred me to, and the older heavyset guy told me no, that he would take care of me .. we went back & forth .. and still refused to go get the gentleman that was referred to me.. so I went sit down to wait the 2 hours .. 15 minutes later he comes tell me my car was ready… my car is still pulling to the right but I will pay elsewhere for an alignment, before I go back in that business again! Unprofessionally, rude, and no regard for the customer (whom is the reason you get a paycheck at all)

They have way too many one star reviews compared to their 5s, so that should be a red flag in itself. I tried to get a quote on replacing a speed sensor and they said they need to check it themselves to make sure that is what needs to be done. I told them I’m sure that is what needs to be done. They still said they need to check it before giving an estimate. Only place that told me this. Mavis right down the street got it done for less than competitors.

Get the warranty or they will fill your brand new tires to the brim with air pressure so it’ll EXPLODE going under 30mph in a residential area just 3 days after getting one. Drove less than 15 miles and the tire exploded. My other tires are years older than the BRAND NEW ONE I bought. I went back and they said “well without a warranty we can’t do anything, this actually happens all of the time.” Hence why I know they’re doing it purposely. Because when they offered the warranty, they never said anything about the high risk of my, again, BRAND NEW TIRE exploding. I’ve had brand new tires put on my car before, without a warranty, and they’re still on my car and have now lasted longer than the one they put on. So again if you go here, get the warranty, you won’t need it because they won’t overfill your tire with air, but if you don’t, then your tire will explode just for you to come back and fork up $200 again. If your company’s tires explode THAT often then please let your customers know so they can make a more educated decision on whether or not they want to pay the extra for a warranty. They offered a $15 discount for another one without a warranty when I spoke with them. I had no choice at that point, no other facility had my tires in stock and it would’ve taken days to get them in anywhere. It would’ve been a one star if he didn’t add the discount. Still never going back, wouldn’t recommend any Good Year to anyone. I work in auto insurance, my job is to help find reputable places for body work and glass damage, this definitely isn’t a place I’ll be recommending ever again. Employee that handled my tire was also incredibly rude and defensive when I showed up to explain the issue.
