I came in for a simple oil change, but Alexis made the whole experience feel like so much more. She’s incredibly sweet, welcoming, and really knows how to take care of customers. She explained everything clearly and made sure the service was quick and smooth. It’s not often you come across someone who’s both professional and genuinely kind. Great customer service, and they wont try and scam you. Went in with a nail and they were completely honest with me and told me the tread was too low to patch but the tire would be cheaper to replace at Walmart, as they noticed I was concerned about the price. Shoutout Alexis at the front desk

When i got there i was greeted and told that i would be helped shortly, rather than not being told anything at all. It was very welcoming and clean. They got everything done for me in a short time frame, and had me in and out. I only got a patch done on my tires, but they kept me updated and made sure everything else was working great. I highly recommend this Mavis Tire shop. They took great care of me and will do the same for you. :)

My daughter attends LSU and went here to get her tire repaired. They quoted $50 to plug tire and then told her once she got there the screw was in sidewall and needed a new $350 tire. I told her to go someplace else I saw on face time it was in the tread annd not sidewall and the girl who she was speaking to refused to put air in the tire to make sure she was safe to drive away. We got it done for $10 tipped $10 for a total of $20 at another place. This is shameful to take advantage of young people or anyone like they did my daughter.

Drove in with no appt. to have my front brakes, rotors and tie rods on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler YJ inspected and have a technician advise me on the best course of action for either immediate repair or a plan going forward. John Bertrand was awesome and honest! He took off the front tires, showed me what everything looked like and what he thought was the problem, took my Jeep for a test drive and consulted with me. Ultimately, he advised that I could make it back to New Orleans and have the full front brake job done a little later but soon. Advised me on an alignment as well. Made me feel safe driving it, comfortable with our plan and respected. Saved me time, money and major additional stress. Will have the brake job done this Saturday at a Mavis in Metairie. John Bertrand is a great professional and an honest man. Trust him with your vehicle repair needs. Thanks John!

Mavis Tires truly came through for us when we needed it most. My friend and I popped two tires and were stressed out, but the team came through. They ordered the tires immediately and had them ready within just a few days. We were also in a tight spot with our budget, and they went above and beyond to make everything work without compromising on quality. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Even though we were in a stressful situation, they kept our spirits up and made the whole experience so much easier. A special shoutout to Alexis, who was absolutely amazing 11/10 experience! Paid $117 for an oil change in my car that uses LESS than 4 quarts in oil. They had changed my oil 3 months ago for half the price. When I questioned the high price and told them I had just called before coming in to confirm prices, they told me that when a customer calls for prices, you get someone in New York and they give prices for New York. This isn't true because they were able to tell me what their wait time was. I dislike dishonest people. When I got the receipt to compare the charges, they decided to use full synthetic without even asking what I wanted, or checking the vehicle's previous history. And the worst part is that they left this giant dent on my hood. Since the car had previous front end damage that had been repaired, the hood can be a little tricky to open. I usually have to put my fingers between the hood and the bumper and pull up on the hood (NOT push down on it) to get it to pop up so I can reach the latch. PS. They are "paying" customers to leave a Google review by giving them $5 off their bill.

Outstanding Service and Professional Team! I went to Mavis Tires in Highland to replace all four of my tires and get an alignment. The entire team was super helpful, friendly, and respectful from start to finish. They greeted me right away, kept me informed during the process, and even shook my hand when I left — true professionalism. They did a great job on the tires and alignment, and also let me know about my struts so I could plan ahead for future maintenance. We were traveling towing our new to us RV, and had two blowouts on day #1 of our trip! Spent an unexpected night in Baton Rouge and had to find a place with RV tires in stock before we could continue our travels. Most places were closed on Sunday, but Mavis tires in Baton Rouge was open and had the tires we needed! Thanks to Alexa and Joshua! They were able to patch the hole in my tire within an hour and all for a very reasonable affordable price ! I had a great experience getting my tire fixed today! I got an appointment within 5 minutes of my flat tire and when I arrived they were super friendly and welcoming! They explained everything so thoroughly bc I’m just a college girl who doesn’t know what she’s doing! When it was time to pay they talked me through the price and gave me my options. They gave me a student discount and a little extra off the top! Alexis and her coworker helped with the price and Ricky fixed my tire! Highly, highly recommend, it couldn’t have been easier!!!
