When I had an accident about three weeks ago, it was a real hassle getting repair shops who could give us an estimate and fix it within a short time. A lot of time, their phones were not reachable. Some had us wait endlessly to get an estimate. We finally got lucky when we found Jo’s Automotive. From the first call, she answered and took her time checking out the car (remotely) and giving us a quote. She gave a reasonable price and we took the car down to her shop. She had the car repaired in a week! And boy was it a well done job! The car looked perfect as if it never had an accident. Her customer service is top notch too. Very grateful to her! I recommend Jo’s Automative 💯!!!

I am very well pleased with the quality & customer service of this Collision Center! They really went above & beyond on my vehicle! They even took over the roll of dealing with my insurance company for supplements. I was not expecting for my car to look as good as it does. The car looks better than when I purchased it. I came to these people looking to get my bumper replaced after being in an accident not only did they replace my bumper for a good price, but they also fixed the grill on my car free of charge and gave me a wash free of charge all in the span of THREE days. I had a wonderful experience at Jo’s Automotive and body repair. They are super friendly, hugely helpful, and very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. I had some work done repairing rust damage on the underside of my car and could not be happier with the result. Not to mention they buffed out a dent I had on my fender without me even asking!!
