I have been so fortunate to have an honest and amazing mechanic here in Georgia. When my son's vehicle broke down while away at LSU I thought we would surely get taken advantage of. After reading reviews, I had Siegan's recommended tow company pick my sons car up (within an hour!). I got a call the next day with what the issue was and though it was not worth the repair I would go back to these folks in a heart beat. They did not charge me for looking at the vehicle and even allowed the vehicle to stay at their location until I was able to find someone to buy it and pick up (3 days). Thank you Bill (I think that's his name), so much for helping me and my son, it is never easy when a parent is so far away but you made it as easy as possible!

This place is wonderful! Asked them to do an inspection on my car before we do some traveling and I had a very subtle sound coming from my breaks. He told me that my car was all ready to go, nothing needed. My break rotors were just resurfaced poorly and that was the source of the sound. He said that it would be an unnecessary cost to replace them. I asked for a transmission fluid flush and he quoted me the same on two separate occasions and recommended I did it a different way to save money and have the same thing done essentially. I see four things: -Honest because he is explaining why I DONT need unnecessary work done to my car. -Honest because he quoted the same price on two occasions. -Good management because I saw him working on the cars himself (quality assurance). -Good management because I was in and out in a reasonable time. Highly recommend!

I am newer to the city and always nervous these days to just take my car anywhere but I am ever so grateful for this place and its staff. I could not have found a mechanic that is any more honest than Graham and the others there. I have just made my 4th or so visit to them and every single time has been a wonderful experience which I why I decided to leave a review. I have seen them treat every person that comes through the exact same honest way and can tell it isn't all about the money with them. I highly recommend them!!

We have used Siegen Car Care for many of our car repairs, and they never disappoint. They are very knowledgeable about fixing cars, and they treat you well. Most of the time, our cars have been fixed in the same day we dropped it off. Also, they are very reasonable with their prices. We have never had any repeat problems from the parts they repaired. I was very lucky to only be a few yards away from them when a bolt sheered off of my alternator. That bolt supported a pully which my serpentine belt was on. They were fast, knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and all-around wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!

I needed air for my back, right tire, and I paid at racetrack and a couple other stores, but the air did not work. I went to Siegen car care Center and Hans checked the air for all 4 tires and filled them up for me. He also showed me where to look on drivers side door, so I would know how much air each tire took. Every time I’ve ever needed. Anything to do with my vehicles. Siegen car care Center always takes care of me right. I’m thankful for them! Our community is lucky to have their service.

A friend and co-worker of mine gave me their name and phone # after he’d used them several times with great results. So, when I needed new tires, he suggested them. I explained my situation and what I liked. First of all, he immediately recognized my choice as being perfect for my truck, my driving, and my expectations. He looked these up because he didn’t have my odd size on hand. He found them and gave me a total cost that was lower than either of the other 2 places I have dealt with many times in the past. I brought it in the next day and got them all changed out in a very timely manner and was notified promptly after all 4 were on and aligned. My total cost out the door was well under my other 2 quotes by roughly 20%, so I saved $200. Yes, I am happy with Siegen Car Care. Give them a chance at your vehicle’s parts and repairs. Great local company to do business with!

Love these guys! On my way to the beach I was worried about a noise Mt van was making. Brought it first thing in the morning and within seconds they had it diagnosed. Changed my water pump in 3 hours and saved me from a disaster on my vacation! I've brought all my vehicles here and tell everyone to go here when they are having issues. I paid 1200 dollars for a job that I had to have done over again at a different shop. After taking my vehicle back not once, not twice, not three times, but four times due to part/shop error. Last time I brought my vehicle to them (after telling them the car was still not driving properly) they did nothing and sent me on my way. Paid 1200 at another shop to have the job done again. After having the job done properly at a different shop, all I can say is I hope they needed that money more than me 🤷🏻♂️

Fast and efficient. We’ve struggled with a power steering oil leak from a previous shop’s efforts. We decided to go give Siegen Car Care a try. I dropped it off on the afternoon before our next day appointment. They called that afternoon with the results of their inspection finding a couple of loose oil line connections, and the fix was complete. Less than $100 and a day early for our repaired vehicle. Actually honest and well priced! Listen, I have never had what most people call a "reliable" vehicle, which means I have a lot of experience of car shops, maintenance guys, and doing it myself.
