Took over an hour to replace a light bulb even with an appointment! And charged wayyyy too much. $170 for a lighbulb is ridiculous. The chairs were uncomfortable and the employees would not stop yapping.

I contacted Jason at Goodyear for an oil change. During which the service tech, Ah May, found a problem with my front passenger side wheel. Jason called me in to take a look. As it turned out the slop in my wheel was due to a worn tie rod. This could have caused immense damage to me, my car, or someone else. Thank you Goodyear for your attention to detail and saving what could have been a very serious situation!

Great experience and selection. We went to find replacement tires for my son’s car and Jason and the team were amazing! Not only did they beat competitor pricing, they made the experience simple and easy. We ordered tires one day and had them scheduled the next evening for install. If you want something done right and thorough, this is the place to go. The staff installing made things right and helped us with adding new rims for the ride. We had been accustomed to other stores around town but with the great experience we had here, we will definitely come back for future needs.

Called ahead. They told me they had a 1130 apt open, oil change and tire rotation. I get there at 1130 and they tell me oh sorry now it will be maybe an hour before we can get to you. Tried to tell me I HAD to have an alignment done. Told them to run the test. I see my car done, waited 10 mins before asking if it was done and I could be checked out. Told me oh yeah didn't know it was done, ok. I asked were the alignment test was. She tells me they never did it. Told me everyone left for lunch and asked if I wanted to come back. No I don't because that is why I made an appointment. Everyone shouldn't take lunch at the same time. Or at least make sure the cars were actually fully done before you leave.

Thankful that this dealer was able to replace our tire after it got destroyed on the highway. Got us right in on a Saturday morning. Jason was helpful and kind on the phone. Our technician was Omae. They went the extra mile and checked all the tire pressures and torqued the lug nuts on the wheel.we had changed.
