Most recent visit was not as great as in the past. Had my roof rail air bags replaced for warranty. The person who worked on the headliner must have changed an axle before and didn't wash their hands after. I had to detail my roof and trim for over an hour to get all the hand prints off. I noticed this right away as I had just detailed the interior a few days prior. They also gouged almost all the clips, leaving damage everywhere. The maring is minor but disappointing as it can be prevented using plastic trim removal tools. They are also supposed to do a multi-point inspection, this was either skipped or done poorly as my tire pressure was low and no mention of washer fluid, almost empty.

Not having frequently needed parts in stock does not boost confidence in getting my cars fixed in a timely manner. Waited a full month for my trailblazers shifter cable and 3 days for my traverse thermostat. It also feels if they don't get direct requests by me, things just don't get looked at or fixed. Didn't even leave the parking lot to see service lights pop up on my dash after they fixed everything. Praying this warranty is worth it because thats the biggest reason we went with a big dealership.

with the brake flush. it was not done when i paid for it. would like to talk to management. I went to another service center and it was not done. oil looks like really black. if brake flush was done it should look like light tea color.
