I headed to jiffy lube after work, I was then greeted with friendly people who I asked for an oil change. Then they changed my oil but the also did some checks and found that my vent filter went bad and replaced it for me!

This place is an absolute joke. I took my car for brake service at 7:30am on a Saturday. Was quoted. Given an approximate time. Cool. Manager was professional. Came back a couple hours later to check, still were working on the vehicle. “Trying to get it into service mode.” Came back at the conclusion of four hours. Vehicle was put back together. Waited on a tech or manager to come give me a total. Finally after 10min of waiting I walked outside and approached an employee. He asked if I owned the vehicle that was mine. I said yes. He told me that they were never able to get it into service mode. Nothing was done to the vehicle. What a waste of four hours. I’ll never be back and would encourage anyone to look elsewhere.

The 7:00 a.m. opening time really helps me. I’ve never had to wait if I get there right at opening. Quick in and out. Never had an issue. I never go anywhere else. Times Corners Jiffy Lube only since 1997. Manager Bill has always been great.

Service was great. Rob was very good going over things and making suggestions. I only have one complaint....pricing on cabin air filters to change is ridiculous. As I showed your team...I can buy on Amazon and change myself in 5 minutes for less than $9.00. Why would anyone pay you $40 plus to do.

I enjoy the friendly quick service I receive at jiffy lube on Jefferson in ft Wayne. I was able to stop during lunch and get it done I was in line behind a transmission issue car. So they moved me to other lane without loosing my place in line. Read nable prices and they recommend what needs done but don't pressure and even give you a print out of what needs done so you can follow up. And tells you prices so you can plan accordingly

I go here for every single one of my oil changes. They always upsell me into something. I was told my Cabin air filter would be $50 and he’s take $20 off, that’s the only reason I said yes. Imagine my surprise when I look at the bill later and I get charged a full $50 for my cabin air filter that took 2 seconds to change and I had to remind them they forgot to change it, and left their drill in my car. Classy

I just hit 100,000 miles and I came in to check and see if I had my transmission flushed while I got an oil change and they were honest about it. I had it done a year ago, however my spark plugs needed to be replaced at that milestone. Initially I was told it would take about 30 minutes, but Rob had it done in 20 minutes. I was impressed again, but I've been coming here for a couple years for routine maintenance because I like the way this place does business.
