I bought a 2009 MB SLK 300 and found Ed's works on these cars. They provided a ride home for me. But the real satisfaction was leaving knowing they care and really did a great job. Thanks Ed's

We have been going to Ed's for a little over six months. They are professional, helpful, and fair. They stopped working and called asap when they found the suspected issue with my husband's car was instead something much more extensive. They only charged us for the labor of what they had done and for putting things back. I greatly appreciate their integrity after suffering with paying for unnecessary or inaccurate work elsewhere. They did a prepurchase inspection on the new car quickly and at a fair price. They found a part that needed repaired that the dealership had failed to disclose was faulty. This saved us a lot of time and money. When repairs to my car ended up needing more labor than expected, they gave me a coupon discount to help. They have always explained and answered all my questions and are efficient and friendly.

These guys are the absolute best at what they do and to be as approachable and able to answer any questions is a plus. I live 53 miles from there shop and as long as I own this car I will never take it anywhere else. I can’t recommend them enough, thanks again, Ed’s Car Care team !

My jeep sprung an oil leak and Ed’s Car Care took care of it. Great group. Very professional and will advise you of any potential issues on your vehicle and not bully you into repairs like some shops. We take all of our vehicles to Ed’s.

I’ve been bringing my car to Ed’s Car Care Center for a while now, and I can honestly say they’ve never let me down. Every time I’ve had an issue, they’ve gotten me in quickly, done the work right, and got my car back to me in great shape. The team is always honest about what needs to be done, and the prices are more than fair. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but I know my car is in good hands with Ed’s. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Ed's I brought them a medium duty truck (probably not their usual 😅) they knocked it out of the park. Bryant the lead mechanic on the job was very knowledgeable and very trust worthy through all of the repair work completed. They gave me a quality repair job in a very timely fashion!

Our 2022 Chevy Traverse had check engine light on and they were able to diagnose and correct the issue within a very reasonable time frame.

The service, timing and the pricing was good. I am disappointed that the inspection reports have been eliminated. They always showed what was potentially going to be a problem and I used the prior reports to stay on top of future repairs.

Everyone I spoke with at Ed’s was professional and helpful. They explained the issues my car had and offered me a reasonable quote. They finished the repairs in a timely manner and under the quoted cost. My car is happy now and so am I!

Took my car in at the exact appt time…did my oil change and serviced all four of my tires. With the bitterly cold wear…every tire was down a pound or so. They were as great to me and my car as they have been every other time.

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM GOING HERE IF YOU VALUE THE MONEY YOU WORK FOR! My wife had an issue with her car right before Christmas. She called and was able to get the car in the shop the next day, on 12/23/25, so she had it towed there before speaking with me; I was working when this happened. Then, she called me on the 23rd and asked me to call Ed's and talk to the shop about the car because she was at work and could not take their call. They quoted us $1724.00 to replace the water pump, drive belt tensioner/idler assembly, a coolant hose, and a coolant flush on a 2010 RAV4, plus $80 to diagnose the issue (over $1800 w/o tax). I asked if they could do it for $1700 to see their response. The guy I talked to said he would have to speak with his boss; he eventually said they could do it for $1700.00 as a favor to me.... When it was all said and done, I towed the car to my local mechanic's shop, which is very reputable, and all the listed items above were fixed on the car for under $800. I was in awe that this business was willing to rip us off this badly. So here is my Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Review to Ed's Screw Ya Hard Center! STAY AWAY!

My experience was good with Ed car care! I found that they were thorough and looking my car over and I felt like the repairs were done professionally and with excellence. I particularly appreciate the three year or 36,000 mile warranty that comes with repairs.

Great price for oil change but don’t trust their inspection. They wanted over $200 for a cabin air filter and the engine air filter! I got that and all the other stuff they said was wrong for less than $100 at my local mechanic. They also said I needed new brakes and my mechanic said that they are still good at 50%!

I'd had a slow leak in a tire for quite a few weeks. I stopped by Ed's on late Friday afternoon, never having been there before. They were so kind and speedy, able to remove the screw, fix my tire, and change my oil before sending me on my way! In the meantime, I didn't mind hanging out in their clean lobby and watch the pretty fish swim in the tank. Thanks, guys! You've got my business!

Great customer service. Cost was less than expected. Quick Turnaround. Dropped car off at 5:30pm and it was ready by 1:30pm the next day. They did the scheduled work and a complete inspection. Explained the work to me as if I were 5 yrs old (Trust me, I needed this). We had similar work done by the dealership we purchased our vehicle at, a few years back. Let's just say we'll only be taking our vehicles to Ed's from now on.

Where to even start….Back to the end of June early July when I was 9 months pregnant, I went to Ed’s Car care for a service/break inspection/new rear shocks. I spent $1100 there for these services. To then come home and have 3 out of 4 tires loose, blaming my car “pulling to the right” on I-69’s construction. Then to find 2-3 lug nuts loose on 3 out of the 4 tires with one lug nut even sitting at the end of my driveway. I returned to the establishment and I got a $25 gift card for the problem. Come 4th of July weekend, my brand new rear shocks were spewing oil and the “regular service” I had done wasn’t done. My oil didn’t even read like 1/4 up the dipstick and had to add an additional quart 1/2 on top of my “freshly serviced car” before it read on the dipstick. I ended up spending MORE money to have a family friend fix all the problems I just spent $1100 for. They said that since I didn’t come back to their establishment (over the 4th of July weekend when everything’s closed) that they couldn’t refund me money for the shocks or service. At this point I swore I’d never go back. Then last Friday my husband’s water pump blew in his car. We called all around yet Ed’s was the only place that guaranteed a quick turnaround. As we are two working parents running a child to child care working now with 1 car. They guaranteed it to be finished by Wednesday this week as my husband NEEDED his car for Thursday. My husband called Tuesday AND Wednesday to only receive a busy tone. We showed up Wednesday at 5:20 after I picked him up from work for the whole place to be shut down and no one there. The door hours state 8-6pm. At this point we are beyond frustrated as we tried to give an additional chance to this place and now this is where we stand. I get a call Thursday morning from Eric stating the computers were down, yet for some reason he contacts me and not my angry husband who left his number for their contacting. How did they have my number if all the computers were down? I then go there Thursday to pay for the service but they couldn’t run cards, so I had to write down all of my information. I left the $25 gift card I received for my tires being loose to be applied to the $1k bill considering we would not be coming back here ever again. Eric states “I will send an invoice for your approval and then run it.” The moment I received the invoice I looked it over and replied, “you are good to run the bill, but I don’t see the -$25 from the gift card”. I then go look at my bank account and it’s already processed and withdrawn. I called and ask for him to apply that -$25 and magically he can’t because the computers are still down. So I’m unsure how he processed my payment in the first place. He reaches back out yesterday to tell me that he can’t apply it but he can give me a $50 credit to my account for future services. In the end, it’s not the aspect of the $25 not being applied, it is simply being wronged by the same company not only once but twice. It is extremely infuriating when they continuously aren’t making things right, and try to cover everything with a “credit”. *pictured is my brand new shock, as well as the oil added to even make oil touch my dipstick (on top of the fresh service).
