We have taken four Subarus here for probably 20 years now and have always had a great experience. They always do their best. What more can you ask.

Dave and his technicians do a great job! We have been with them for the past 10 years with our Lexus and Toyota services! They are honest in their dealings.

Great service, very knowledgeable, very helpful... This is the first Subaru I've ever owned or worked on, so having some of their knowledge and experience really helped. They didn't over charge or over-sell, and did a fantastic job. Thank you!!! I would definitely recommend!

Craig and Dave continue to offer great advice about and professional care of my Lexus RX350. Today, the focus check of my front headlights and replacement of burned-out tail lamps was FREE. Imagine my surprise! As a woman, I appreciate reliable repair service at reasonable prices.

The service I wanted, Honda’s recommended service which at this point is: Replace engine oil and oil filter Inspect front and rear brakes Check parking brake adjustment Inspect these items: Tie rod ends, steering gear box, and boots Suspension components Driveshaft boots Brake hoses and lines (including ABS) All fluid levels and condition of fluids Exhaust system Fuel lines and connections Plus I authorized repair of a tire leak I assume all of the above was done, but additional unnecessary work was done, including; $19.00 of manual transmission fluid, $10.00 of brake fluid and $20.00 of anti-freeze (reading between the lines here I assume the fluids were replaced) An unexplained purge Cabin filter replacement–I replaced it myself six months ago Air filter replacement Fuel injection Service Throttle cleaner for some purpose--cleaning the throttle? For a bill of $659.00. In other words, they did their generic, and profitable, "150,000 TYPE MAJOR SERVICE" rather than what the owners manual says to do. I didn't see that coming. I didn't think to be explicit "Just do what the owners manual says." They should have put a clutch change in their and made some real money. And how is the next mechanic going to know unscheduled work was done unless I show them the receipt and say, "No, don't change the transmission fluid; it was done early by a prior garage?" I won’t be back.

4.1 stars!? No way! These guys are 5.0 all day. Best place to take a Subaru! I take my Outback and Forester there. Honest and about half the price of the dealership. Have an older Subaru with 190k ish miles and it runs like new with these guys doing the work.

Installed a Short Block into a Subaru and it was not correctly done. They denied denied any wrong doing, but in fact we tore it down and discovered Piston #4 is cracked. Break in period was done correctly, it was misfiring the moment it was picked up.

These guys are the best. I have an older Infiniti and Subaru Forester, which they take exceptionally good care of for me. They communicate what is wrong and don't pressure to repair if the repair can wait. I highly recommend.

Today my parents were dropping off their Subaru for a repair, my father who is extremely particular on who works on his vehicles and knowledgeable himself on vehicles, actually traveled from a hour away to have his car fixed here which speaks volumes for me personally. This is after dad initially got lots of advice on troubleshooting the issue free of charge before finally bringing it in, being he did not want to handle the fix himself. While waiting for my parents, my brand new car would not start in their parking lot. Initially, i though oh my goodness, I must have left my lights on while parked and drained the battery. Free of charge, Jason, a mechanic or a technician brought a charging pack out to jump my vehicle. The battery was not the issue. The crew at the important doctors took the time to troubleshoot my vehicle issue related to the key fob and a security locking mechanism and my car stated once the issue was resolved. When contacting Mercedes Benz they suggested I have it towed to their service department and where no help on troubleshooting the issue. Relieved my vehicle started. I tried to offer some money out of gratitude, and both the technicians and mechanics refused and said they were glad to help. I think that just shows how kind professional and fair their crew is, and If I have a issue with my car I will not hesitate to take it in to the import doctors. Thank you so much for taking care of us even though my vehicle issue was not your issue, much gratitude :)

We drove 4 hrs, to have them replace timing chain: Illinois wanted $1,200 more! Not only did they save us a Ton of money, we received Great Service! They are HONEST & Professional; did not need to replace other parts, which in Illinois we were told we needed to! As long as car will run, they will get All our future business! Just think how they can save you!!!

They did a complete timing unit per my scheduled maintenance. They found a bad motor mount (passenger side) and a bad radiator cap which they replaced along with the timing kit; and my car runs like new!!! Great service at a great price. The only choice for Asian imports, without the dealer sticker shock!!!

I needed a head gasket repaired on my Subaru and my regular small shop didn't want to perform it. I had never taken my vehicle here before but from the minute I talked to Jason, I could tell this was the right place. Exceptional customer service and extremely knowledgeable. They got me scheduled very quick and performed the work in a very timely manner and of top quality. Will definitely be returning here in the future. Very satisfied with Jason and the entire staff. Thank you!!!

Would not go here. Rude people. Don't know how to fix cars correctly. Along with They way more than they should. Go elsewhere. They're seriously a rip off. And they don't care

Very communicative and got the job done a week earlier than anticipated. The general manager and mechanics were very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to solve my problem. For needing almost a new engine, it was so much cheaper than I thought.

Doing their job, or a little to invasive? Ive gone to Import Doctors for oil changes since 2021, so I am use to them offering other services before releasing my car to me as I wait in the lobby. While waiting for an oil change yesterday, Craig brings my filthy air filter and cabin filter into the lobby, offering to replace one at $54.99, and the other at $74.99. I was uncomfortable with the fact that they went into my glove box (where the cabin filter is located) where I place documents, and at times personal items, without my knowledge or permission. The last service I noticed my arm console had been opened. I'm not sure if it was to turn off my heated seats or what, whatever the case, they never asked my permission to open anything inside my vehicle. On the way home I stopped and grabbed both filters I needed and changed them in 5 minutes. My filters costs $45. Invading my personal space in order to try and persuade me to spend an extra 5 mins and $85 in labor is disheartening.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! I feel like as a woman every mechanic shop either makes me feel stupid or very uncomfortable this was not the case. I was educated on what was wrong with my vehicle, and not scrutinized for not knowing. The people here really did seem like they cared, and wanted me to know what was going on with my car. I feel like every woman should have this experience. To say I'll be coming back is an understatement.

I had to get my car towed and was recommended to go to Import Doctors. While the outcome of my car was not good, TJ and Craig were extremely accommodating and helpful while I figured out what to do. They were extremely helpful, patient with this out of towner, and professional. If I ever breakdown near or in Ft Wayne again, I will be taking my car here. Thank you gentleman!
