★★★★★ First off I want to say how happy I am that as a resident of SW Fort Wayne and a Honda owner that I can now get great help and service for my car at the Don Ayres Acura dealership on Illinois Rd. I have had Hondas since 1980 and have always had my services done at Don Ayres Honda on Lima Rd and have always been very happy with them. But with the traffic today and the remodel work at the Honda store this is a welcome choice to have. And the service is being performed at the same price it would be on Lima Rd. Needing new tires, I stopped in to talk to Tony Vincent, the Service Mgr at Acura, and Doug Settle. With in less than 24 hours I received an email from Tony with a choice of 4 different tires with all of their specifications and total pricing information on each one. And within 7 days the tires were here and installed on my car. When I went to pick it up it was washed and vacuumed, what great service. All of the employees at the Acura dealership are as welcoming and friendly as at the Honda dealership and I would encourage Honda owners on the SW part of town to not hesitate and take advantage of the option to take their car for service to the Acura shop!
