First off I want to say how happy I am that as a resident of SW Fort Wayne and a Honda owner that I can now get great help and service for my car at the Don Ayres Acura dealership on Illinois Rd. I have had Hondas since 1980 and have always had my services done at Don Ayres Honda on Lima Rd and have always been very happy with them. But with the traffic today and the remodel work at the Honda store this is a welcome choice to have. And the service is being performed at the same price it would be on Lima Rd. Needing new tires, I stopped in to talk to Tony Vincent, the Service Mgr at Acura, and Doug Settle. With in less than 24 hours I received an email from Tony with a choice of 4 different tires with all of their specifications and total pricing information on each one. And within 7 days the tires were here and installed on my car. When I went to pick it up it was washed and vacuumed, what great service. All of the employees at the Acura dealership are as welcoming and friendly as at the Honda dealership and I would encourage Honda owners on the SW part of town to not hesitate and take advantage of the option to take their car for service to the Acura shop!

As soon as I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the service team sprang into action. They confirmed what I'm there for and led me to the waiting area which is very nice with all the comforts of home. I had some coffee and by the time I finished half of it, they came and said they are done. Took 20 min instead of an hour. Gotta love that. The icing on the cake was when I asked what the tire pressure should be (bought new 5 months ago), they said they will check it. I knew that the recent cold weather reduced the tire pressure by several PSI. When I drove off, the TPS on all tires was what it should be. Best of all, they didn't change the radio station or the driver's seat like some places do when servicing your car. Exceptional all around.

My experience was extremely positive. Chase checked me in and kept me informed of everything that was going on as they had my car from Monday thru Wednesday. I was given a loaner which was very helpful. The detail job was excellent. The grinding down of my headlights was incredible & exciting, they look brand new! I can not tell you how much I appreciated them bringing my car back to me and picking up the loaner. Outstanding Service. Thank you.

The communication is provided through texts, videos, and face to face conversations on what attention your vehicle needs. The kindness and friendly service is truly incredible. I would suggest using their services for general service and maintenance. If their is an issue - they take proper time to trouble shoot and find the issues if needed. There is a nice place to stay and work while you wait, or simply waiting for your car. They value our safety on the road!
