Long waits, unfriendly staff. They only seem to want to acknowledge you, if you want to buy, but not if you have any questions about their products or your vehicle. I mistake places like this, as being businesses that I might be able to get automotive parts and information help.

Great Napa store with very helpful staff. I was driving through Ft. Wayne and blew a heater hose. I passed by the other stores for some Napa know how. They had the molded heater hose in stock. I previously called the Chevy dealer and they did not have the molded hose in stock. So glad I stopped here! Great job Napa!

I came in there today to get a battery covered under warranty. It was a 3yr warranty battery that I have had for 1.5 yrs. My car would barely start in cold weather. The battery voltage checked fine and I was denied a new battery. Your employees need to learn what a battery load test means and how to perform this. I went to one of your competitors Napa stores and they processed my warranty with no issues.
