I called for service, and was told that they have a waiting list over a week loan. After that a friend told me that they were high on prices and slow on subpar service. I think maybe I dodged a bullet so go at your own risk..

My husband was driving cross country to report to duty at his base and was terribly delayed by car trouble adding to the stress of moving and a new job. Jose took a look at his car on a Saturday when they were busy and determined it would be safe to continue on his trip. Thank you Jose and to his staff who was willing to even look at his car last minute without an appointment.

I have been a faithful customer to this establishment for years but recently have been extremely disappointed. The service is subpar, incompetent and just pitiful. I have returned multiple times to address the same issues and the final straw was having to jumpstart my car after being told it was “completed”! Do better! I’m tempted to contact the BBB for all the monetary loss I’ve experienced! The lack of integrity is disgusting, to insulted in Spanish by someone you have supported is something I’lll never condone!

I would highly recommend this auto service. I had my car quoted for 3 other auto shops who wanted to charge double and wait longer to repair. Jose auto shop provided honest, professional & affordable service at a time when people need it the most. I can’t thank them enough. Radiator fixed and I’m back rolling again, safely.

Dropped my van off to Jose at 9am under assumption I needed front wheel bearings go to pick van up at 3pm I asked Jose, “was they really bad?” his reply “no they weren’t bad at all but your back one wheel bearings really need replaced!” I’m no mechanic and clearly wasn’t certain, Jose as the professiona, as the owner and the decent thing to do was to call and make customer aware before repairing something that wasn’t broken knowing it’s the opposite side of the exact part of what customer thought. Totally was scammed out of $190 to have to come back and get the correct side done. Not to mention the $250 to purchase the front wheel bearing! I feel scammed!

Nice family owned business but always takes so long on every vehicle. Very unprofessional, every time I have been here it would take days. You would expect it your vehicle to be done because you made your appointment ahead of time. But that’s not the case and they are rude when you ask about when your vehicle would be done. I would not recommend going here if you have a life and want your stuff done on time.

This place is a joke. My grandmother came and got break pads on all four tires and two days later the break pad came off a tire while she was driving and had my niece in the car they could have gotten seriously injured and hurt and could of gone to the emergency room. She went back to the shop and they had nothing to say about it just basically said it might have been a pin that came out that is unacceptable the repairs should have been done right especially working as a mechanic shop and you are working on peoples cars and then for you all not to offer her any discount or warranty or something for your mishap is crazy jinky shop

Had an appointment for an engine light diagnostic, they took the whole damn day just to tell me they don’t know what’s causing the check engine light and still charged me. ( part changers ) no actual Mecanics here !!!

This place is awesome, I've needed alot of work done on my Impala. They've replaced a Control Arm, Breaks, and Heater so far this year. The car was always ready before 2pm. They're quick, do amazing work, and always give options so I can choose what's best. They are more than half the price than the 2 other places I've gone to. I'm so glad I found them.
