My husband done an oil change and noticed a milky substance on the cap. So I made an appointment to have this issue and a couple other issues checked out. And of course Nissan found no problem. I bought this vehicle brand new and I've had it looked at for multiple problems and I'm always told they can't find anything wrong with it. The issues I've had with this car is it died as I tried to pull out into traffic. This happened after only owning it a few months. Nissan found nothing wrong with it. Now this time that it's been looked at I have the milky substance on the oil cap, the steering wheel makes a clicking noise and the vehicle is hard to get into gear and sometimes makes a loud popping sound. And again Nissan finds nothing wrong. I now have owned the vehicle 14 months and I do believe they are trying to wait until the lemon law runs out, which is 18 months.

My service person was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Service was done in a timely manner and all discounts were applied. So my price was great! Like the new service of clean the dash board and vacuuming. I just hope next time they actually vacuum. Otherwise, everything else was great!

I set up a service appointment for buying new tires. Chris was who I dealt with and he has been the service advisor I worked with before. He greeted me with a smile and went over what was to be done that day. When my car was done, he came and went over the bill with me and again all the services done on my vehicle. As I was leaving Chris reminded me of the free rotations I now had and also the 3-year road hazard service that I also had with my tires. I stayed and waited on my vehicle. The wait was what I expected for the work being done, about an hour and a half. The area was clean and the vending machines well stocked. Plus, there was fresh popcorn if so inclined, for a snack. I am very pleased with the service and the tires I purchased.

While they were slightly nice, they quoted me over $700 for my front rotors, on a car I haven't had for a month. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion and was told my pads and rotors were fine. THEY TRIED IT 😞. It's sad because as a single woman, you'd think the actual dealership wouldn't do this kind of thing. Luckily for me I've been taught to get multiple opinions before I make a final decision. AND I asked so many questions that they didn't even charge me for the diagnosis, he just gave me my keys back and told me to have a good day 😂😂😂😁. I gave a star for that and the coffee machine.

David Holland product specialist is very helpful in getting me a nice car and was detailed in all his explanations and follow up call to ensure I am good. Same great experience with Jared Lemmon the service advisor when I need a duplicate key fob which was made available under 30 minutes without having to wait long. First visit was great, very straight forward process getting the car in. Not sure about the customer service at the time of following up. I paid about $180 for a coolant flush, after service i checked the coolant levels and they were under the minimum line, I called to let them know I was bringing the car again so that can get corrected and i get the representative with somehow an attitude saying that they left it in right conditions and I had to check again when the engine is turned on (??) I brought the car back on the next day, and this representative was still hesitant and almost in disbelief of my problem. I don't know much about cars, but I can tell when a fluid is not where it's supposed to be. If me coming back to rectify this issue bothers your technicians, how about you get it right on the first time? Honestly, I have no way to know if I got the service I paid for or if the other things i had done were done properly. I wouldn't bring my car back in again to this place if this wasn't the only Nissan Service in town. Mistakes happen, I am ok with that. I just think that the attitude of your representatives was unnecessary.

Car was not starting after sitting more than a couple days, after replacing a fuse, the car is starting. The other problem of the liner around the inside, where the tire is, was loose and flapping, so I asked them to put a clip in it (that I supplied). They put the clip in it and charged me $19, but the liner is not tucked underneath the molding. It is still hanging and looks like crap.

Was over charged for replacement of 2 valve stems. 118.00 to replace 2 valves stems is ridiculous. The part alone only costs 5 to 10 dollars a peice. Then supposedly needed 2 other things done so I was told 318 for everything. Fine I agreed then it took way longer then I was told and to top it off the guy came at me with a bill of 500 plus . I was pissed no way I told him 318 that's what I was told . Luckily he fixed it but dang, price gouging much?

I worked with Joe in the service department originally who charged me an hour diagnostic to essentially pull the engine codes and tell me I needed batteries. After some conversations, I was then sent a request for 3 more hours of diagnostics. I called a few other shops to get their opinion on what I had going on and it was shared with me that t you guys do not have a certified diesel technician. I took it to another highly recommended diesel shop who diagnosed the issue within minutes. I made a couple calls back to your service shop to get clarify on if the recall work would cover the deficient part as others online shared their local Nissan dealer had replaced the DPF filter for them. After 2.5 days of attempting to reach Dave, I was followed up with by Joe that the part would not be covered. I brought it back for the recall work after the necessary repairs. The service advisor Minela informed me they could not do work on diesel vehicles. Then two hours later they discovered they could? Communication is an issue. Honesty and transparency is an issue. My emails- ignored. My voicemails- ignored.
