This is just another mechanic shop which SCAMS its customers. I’m probably gonna get attacked by this business for this, but you can look at every one star review and they reply negatively to every single one and always blame the customer. I also note that this business looks up the customers information and service records to then blame the customer on the review. I don’t think that is very professional of a business, a business that uses customer information to attack them. That said, this is my review. Note, what I have attached is the half done inspection that this business scammed me with, the story about my experience is written below. Firstly, the inspections, the inspections done by this mechanic place are very nice as it shows all the photos and what’s wrong with the car, but they do not inspect everything. I will cut them some slack, it is hard to inspect almost everything, but if I am paying for the labor and the work, they should do better. Next, the customer service is alright, they have coffee in the lounge and the front desk people are fast with it, but this is where they get you. I took my car in at around 8 am for an alignment. The day prior I called them asking the price and they told me, I don’t really remember the price but it was around $143. So I dropped my car in for an inspection and they told me a couple of hours. I get called at around 10:00 pm about how they couldn’t do an alignment on my car and they are going to charge $55 dollars for an inspection. I asked why, and they said it’s because I have cam bolts and stuff and worn bushings. I asked them, “you guys can’t adjust cam bolts?” They told me, “no not if they are aftermarket” I then told them “those cam bolts are stock and they come with the car” to which they didn’t have an excuse for. I thought that was strange as I never had a shop do that before. So I had my mom drive me to the shop where I asked why they are charging me for a service I never asked for. Their response, “it’s because we had to put the car in the shop and look at it.” They also told me I had aftermarket parts, but if they saw the aftermarket parts they could’ve told me that they couldn’t do the alignment and not charge me for an inspection. I told them this and they told me “it’s the labor of putting it in the shop and looking at it.” After this they told me to take it to a different shop that specifies in foreign and import cars. I was confused by this as this tells me as a customer that this mechanic place is inexperienced. If they didn’t have the experience to work on foreign they should’ve told me to take it to a speed shop and not waste my time or money. Also I saw other foreign and import cars in the lot and in the workshop, so you guys ain’t slick making that excuse. In conclusion, I got charged the same price for a FULL inspection when I wanted an alignment, which they told me they couldn’t complete. It wasn’t even a full inspection they just showed me pictures of 4 suspension components, so they gave me a half job inspection and told me they can’t align my car. Thanks yeoman for scamming me out of $55 dollars and 2 hours of my time. I will never take any of my vehicles here and will not recommend this place to anybody. Also I see you reply negatively to every one star review, just saying have fun coming up with an excuse for mine, I hope that $55 dollars was worth scamming me for! :)

Very quick and efficient Diagnostics, haven’t had any issues with them price gouging. They’re always nice, and seem to have more availability than the local competition. Aside from their rather tiny waiting area, I’ve no complaints. And even the waiting area isn’t a big issue, because they’re very generous about getting you a ride home.

I am so pleased with the service here. Not only did they document their findings photographically and share them with me, they took me into the garage to look at my car myself too. No one is pushy, and they'll work with you if your budget is tight. Everyone is honest as well - if something isn't an urgent repair they won't try to force you to repair it right then. They also provide a shuttle service if you prefer not to stay or it will take a while, and are all extremely kind. I will never go to another shop again - thanks guys!!

I can’t say enough good things about this auto service! They did a phenomenal job getting my car in quickly and worked with me every step of the way to make sure it got fixed right. When looking for a mechanic the three things we look for are honesty, competence, and fair pricing. We moved back to Fort Wayne in 2017 and quickly found Yeoman’s, based on a recommendation. Since then, we’ve recommended several people ourselves. They’re always honest and helpful, they know what they’re doing with decades of experience, and their pricing is always fair. From start to finish, I had nothing but immediate customer service with great attitude extremely nice staff. They also diagnosed every single problem wrong with my car with a complementary inspection. I’ve had my car serviced at a different shop before for cams and lifters and the experience was absolutely dreadful and I didn’t have my vehicle for a whole month. They diagnosed my vehicle and had a solution for my vehicle in less than 24 hours and when I drop my car off, they have plenty of cars there to have the excuse that they’re backed up and they got my service done very quick. Gave me a call immediately when everything was set and ready They also left me with a summary of parts and prices for labor on everything that I needed serviced and fixed on my car so that I have that knowledge for myself and I was greatly appreciated of that. Everything about this business was very exceptional just a bit on the pricey side that is the absolute only thing I could say negative about this company, but I would pay the price for the type of service they provide every single time

Had the oil change service recently and during their inspection, they found my water pump leaking. Informed me my vehicle was still under factory warranty. I’ve brought all my cars to Yeoman’s for years. Their staff is amazing and always a pleasure to work with. They make taking your car in for maintenance and repairs as painless as possible. Their prices are very reasonable and they’ve never tried to talk me into anything that wasn’t necessary. They explain everything in detail and take lots of pictures. They give it to you straight and give you plenty of notice to prepare for upcoming preventative maintenance. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends!!! I moved from South Carolina 2 years ago and found Yeoman online for my Toyota. I’ve had to bring my vehicle to them twice now for some pretty expensive repairs, and both times they’ve been outstanding. I bought an older Honda Odyssey and after about a month we started having issues with it starting. We found Yeoman's and got the battery charged enough to take it to them. I had never been there before and hoped they would have time to diagnose issues within the next few days. They discovered multiple issues, not only with battery connections, but oil leaks, and that the timing belt had never been replaced. They were able to fix them all and have it back to me within 3 days! Because of their work, my van is running great. But for me, what was equally important to excellent mechanical skills, I was treated with respect and communicated with truthfully. I had bought a vehicle that had been neglected for years. The guys at Yeoman’s made me feel better and helped me to realize the issues could all be repaired. They worked with me on picking the most crucial issues to fix and the ones we could wait to have done later to save on the final bill. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone!

Had a great experience at Yeoman Service Center. I came in unannounced to have my wife’s car looked at and was impressed with how quickly they took care of it. Purchased a truck at a local dealership and wanted a third-party inspection done. I do not live in the area, so I called around to several local shops with good ratings to check on price, what all they did in their inspection, as well as how fast they could get me in (I needed one the following day). Out of all shops I called Yeoman was the only one that did a road test in their inspection. Which I feel is a pretty integral part. That, amongst the many other steps in their inspection, made them easily the most thorough out of them all. I expressed concern briefly about it being a Canadian truck and rust underneath, just in passing to the employee who checked me in. Well about 2/3 way through the inspection they offered to let me come look at the truck with the tech doing the inspection (very friendly and knowledgeable guy who answered some of my questions). I thought this was just awesome customer service. Speaking of the employees, the guys working the front desk are beyond friendly and helpful. They can answer a multitude of questions, as i noted from the various customers that came in while I waited on my inspection in the lobby. The inspection took about 1.5 hr which I feel is a good thing. Yeoman was the most expensive out of all the shops I called, but only barely. For $116 I think it is a worthwhile price for the service you are getting. One of the other shops claimed they would only need the truck for a "half hour or so" and wanted close to that price. Truly I cannot recommend this shop enough. I'm fairly mechanically inclined and do a lot of my own work, but if i lived locally and needed expert help. I would come here.
