I couldn’t find tires my size anywhere in town and lucked out that Goodyear had some in stock for me. Quinton got me right in and back on the road in no time ! The service I received was excellent and I will be using Goodyear for my tires exclusively from here on out. I highly recommend them to anyone! Very poorly run. I show up for a service and the guy who is supposed to do it, is not even there. So I wait an hour and a half for something that takes 10 min to do…. So I am supposed to be on time to my appointment, but the person who does the service is not………interesting…. Now, if these folks came to my business and I was 20 min behind, would they be upset (my experience says yes) . Or if they wait 10 min in the drive-through, would they be upset……what do you think…..🤔 P.S. Now a Goodyear person will respond and say “sorry” and how much they “care about customers”……well, it’s easy to say “sorry”. It requires no real effort or expense….words mean little online, actions show your true priorities….

The team went above and beyond what is considered good service. We were visiting from out of country and ran into an issue with a soft tire losing air. It was late on a Saturday and we were leaving the next night. The team not only diagnosed the issue promptly but contacted another location to obtain a new tire and installed it even though it was past closing time. You were a life-saver and we could not thank you enough for your kindness and support. We would rate you higher if we could. Thanks again.

I had originally posted a 5 star review. I removed it because of recent experiences. I hope this store gets the help it needs. I feel like they turned on me out of stress or something. Unfortunately, there's no turning back. I'm very disappointed. I'll leave a 2 star review for the employee's that were professionally kind. I can't say I'll trust this location ever again.

Tried to charge me insane prices for basic maintenance. 800 dollars to replace spark plugs when I bought and replaced them myself in 30 minutes for 30$ is crazy. I would not go here.

He literally rushed an It was supposed to be 230$ ONE tire, he got the size wrong sn literally up charged me. I didn't ask for one, I just wanted my donut tire on, and it was the wrong side tire, their supposed to do an alignment for free with the purchase and he literally said he couldn't with the time frame, an charged me for it!260$ one tire, wrong side, an paid for an alignment I didn't get. Thanks for getting me in last minute but you guys literally still owe me the free alignment. I live in Ohio so I was about an hour away, and was working for Uber at the time, and just needed to safely get home. I feel taken advantage of being a little girl by herself and overcharged me for work not even done, I had to make sure my new tire on the other side was the same size, but I only paid 114$ for it, at Hegimayer Tire In Wapakoneta Oh. Best tires, best service and good rates!

Don’t waste your time or money!! Scheduled what they claim was a free alignment on my 2011 Ford escape and when I came to drop my car off for them to be able to perform the so-called free inspection the guy at the desk was just so ignorantly hesitant and was trying to make up excuses and trying to just shovel excuses at me as far as without saying it directly that he didn’t want to do it ! Don’t advertise services you don’t want to do !!!

I’m warning you all not to go to this place I went here because I’m a Lyft driver and I was recommended here from the Lyft app. Before I took my van to this place it was working really good and after an alignment and oil change I started having so many problems first thing my engine stops and turns off by itself several times a day. So I looked up on google and I wrote my engine is turning off by itself after an oil change and alignment so it says that maybe they damage a hose or didn’t connect it at all or some kind of perforation or liking. Well my tires needed a lot of air and my tires were brand new I used them for about 4 day before having the alignment and there was nothing wrong with them. Plus they made me wait like 4 hours even though I had an appointment and I never waited that long for something like that . At Walmart sometimes when they tell me for an oil change is going to take more then an hour because I didn’t schedule the longer I had to wait was about 30 minutes and for alignment In other places the longer it takes is an hour so 4 hours is a lot and plus charging 320 dollars and returning a vehicle that don’t work now is awful. I won’t write a bad review if my van wasn’t damaged but I need my van because that’s my only way to income and it’s very important for me for my vehicle to perform well. Another thing is it doesn’t feel like they did an alignment which I’m going to have to spend more money taking it to another place because it sounds really bad when is running and that’s the reason I took it for alignment because I was told that was all it needed to feel more smooth driving.

This Coldwater Road Ft Wayne location did an amazing job on my Corvette tire. They took the time to examine my old tire and write down notes on my paper about what had faulted on it. They got it done professionally with great communication, and this was the smoothest tire change process I have ever seen. 10/10 I would highly recommend!! Great job! I will definitely keep coming back for all of my future tire needs.
