Don’t let us replace the part that we bought and talked to corporate. Don’t go there depend on the people who willing let you to replace the part under warranty. Bad service and staff being rude and unhelpful.

Came with my husband to pick up a black kia Sorrento with our dolly and take it back to Kia. Saw the garage doors open and my husband asked me to pick up the key. A small toothed man approached us with hostility about the key and even though we repeatedly told him we had no issue waiting for verification amd even offered to contact the client that hired us to tow their car. The man told us he had towed it in, which was false and then yelled at us to shut up when we corrected him, called us shady and slammed the doors on us after finally giving us the key. Would not reccomend his customer service. Nope.

The best place in town for auto parts. If they don't have it they'll find it at another NAPA location and get a driver go and get it. Same day service. Unless you show up two hours or less from closing time.

Absolutely worst car part store to shop at! They do not store your phone number for warranties so you better know how to keep up with receipt. On top of that, the parts are of very low quality. And this has to be the only part store that doesn't do alternator, battery, or starter check. Wake up!

They are very helpful and thorough in finding the right parts for my older car. If my part isn't in stock at their location, they find it and have it brought there for my convenience. There's also the Nappa service center next door if it's something I can't handle myself. Very knowledgeable, nice folks.

Came here to purchase a window wiper transmission, they had the cheapest price for what I needed. As well, the customer service here was excellent. Let us borrow some tools and I even got to wash my hands in their back bathroom. They're so nice
