For the 2nd time.. the Tech scheduler did not follow instructions. They relied on the Text link to approve even after a live phone call and delayed pickup by an hour!! Suggest you scrape the auto text and approval system.

This is a late review. I went in to get my air conditioner Freon and it took them two hours. I sat there for two hours. I was advised over the phone that was gonna be $200 and however, much more Freon the vehicle would need. They did not communicate When he came out to talk to me he quoted me a price of $350 asked me if someone had messed with my truck and said I might have a leak and if so I can bring it back. I was so disappointed because what if I didn’t have that extra $150? I feel I was taking advantage of because I’m a woman a black woman. Why would you do the work without coming and talking to me about the leak or the empty Freon?

Store manager Colin helpful and quick to answer my questions via text. Didn't care for the 3% added fee if using credit/debit.

Colin always does such a great job making sure me and my family are taken care of. I think he may have been training someone, but he is constantly pulled every which way it seems like, but he still manages to make sure that the customer is always taken care of and understands everything. Thanks Colin!!

Collin was able to help me out and order my tires I needed after I had a bad experience across the street at a competitor. McMahon’s was able to order my tires and install everything correctly the next day. Appreciated their care and consideration.

Let's play smdiagnosed my vehicle 3 times never fix the problem and charge me more than what I should have been charged. They up charge their prices from the auto parts store charging you more than what it cost from auto parts store. This place is crooked and will cost you three times the amount of fixture vehicle than it would anywhere else stay far away. Management is completely unprofessional and is a twenty year old child

I had been working with Corey on my Firestone 50k tires I bought as a replacement set to the ones I had when I purchased my auto from the dealership across the street. I got 46k miles from that set. The replacement set I purchased 2/13/24, but on my last service (LOF & tire rotation, shop said I was down to 3/32 on all 4 tires. I only had them for a little more than 1.5 yrs & 23k miles driven on them. I went to McMahon’s & spoke with Corey. I wanted a 2nd opinion. He measured tires at 2,3,4 & 5/32. His first option was to get a new tires & put on rear and use the 2 better tires for the front. He also gave me a quote for a complete set of 4. I asked pro-rating on the tires. He said he couldn’t do that since they didn’t install them. The dealer had to do that. I went there and explained second opinion. I was told there was uneven wear and tires didn’t qualify. I ended up twice calling Firestone corporate about getting my tires prorated as I didn’t get 50% usage on my tires. I was told a claim number had been assigned. I asked for the number but they refused to give it to me. I made 4 separate visits with the dealer. It took them 4 total days to give me the decision they wouldn’t pro-rate. I was them given 2 quotes on a new set of tires. They were way out of line with McMahon’s. On my last call to Firestone, I was told any Firestone or Bridgestone dealer could make that decision and file for the pro-rating. They told me that they would only give my claim number to the Firestone/ Bridgestone rep could file for me. Corey took me back to the shop and showed me that none of the tires had any uneven wear. I again asked about him filing for a pre-rated amount. He said something like “they weren’t a dealership or representative & couldn’t do the claim for me.” (I would have given a 5 rating). I still believe I should receive some compensation from Firestone since these tires DID NOT have uneven wear or tear. As the tech had my auto on the alignment rack, Colin, the other service rep showed me the screen showing the out of balance. I approved them to align the new set. In a few moments, Colin came out to the showroom and showed me both rear ‘adjusters’s. He said it looked like a wrench hadn’t ever been on these bolts. I auth’d parts & labor to put new ones on. Obviously I had to have these parts, so my overall cost was more than expected, I trust everything has been corrected and I should be set. I thank both Corey & Colin for their assistance (but I still want to request a pro-rated claim). Maybe a third call direct to Firestone.

Cory was great! I needed new tires and an alignment on my Model Y, Cory took the time to understand my driving needs and recommended the best option for my car that didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. If you’re looking for new tires give him a call!

Excellent personnel! Reasonable fee. I'm a disabled, woman in her 60s. My husband wasn't with me. They could've taken advantage and done more and charged me more, instead, they were fair and polite. Now they have me and all my family as customers for life.

I scheduled an alignment with them over the phone, I had asked them to look into recalibrating my SAS and they said they would take a look at it. I arrived and started talking to the gentleman at the desk and he seemed to have no idea that I wanted them to look at the SAS sensor calibration. He's said they would take a look at it. After the alignment was done they quoted me 1300 dollars to replace my struts so they could adjust the camber. Pretty expensive, but okay it might just be something that needs done. I told them I would wait though since I didn't have the money on me to cover it. I get back in my car to leave, and I immediately could tell that they didn't even touch the obdii port to recalibrate the SAS. Also another thing: when I showed up to the shop, my steering wheel was off dead center by about 10 degrees to the left in order to track straight. Not crazy out of the ordinary after having eyeballed a rough alignment on my own after having done maintenance on its that's why I'm going to a shop to get it professionally aligned. Now as I'm going to leave, my steering wheel is off 15 degrees to the RIGHT now. In my mind, they forgot to center and hold the steering wheel in place before doing the alignment, a rookie mistake. Well at least the mechanical alignment on the road is right, just the wheel in the cabin is wrong. I get home and run my obdii scan and my SAS throws up the same fault it did before. They didn't do anything to it even when I asked them to take a look at it and they said twice that they would take a look at it. What a headache.

Matt was a phenomenal mechanic and even came out and chatted with me about my car! And Cory was an outstanding man to work with at the front desk. You have to go here to get your car work done!! Phenomenal people and service. Thank you guys for all your help with my lancer! The prices are similar to what you’re going to get at autozone or anywhere else so the reviews saying they charge more is a bunch of crap! Obviously you have to pay for labor if you don’t want to do it yourself but overall this company is honest and rocks!!

The people here are a tremendous help. I had an appointment on Saturday and they found a critical issue with my wheel bearings. I was able to squeeze my car in for an appointment on Tuesday and now my car is driveable again just in time for the holidays. Everyone was really nice and helpful, and I'm so glad they caught an issue another place tried telling me was just my brakes. Turns out my brakes are actually pretty good at the moment! It's probably never good when your car issue makes a mechanic go "oh." but McMahons went above and beyond to get my car shipshape again and I greatly appreciate them.
