Very experienced, honest, kind, well connected, fast, respectful, and the work is done prefect. This is a great team to have in your corner. Just like grocery shopping, you can't always get everything at one store, but it's nice when that one store knows who carries the hard to find ingredients. I've not been to such a responsive and connected shop in a long time.

Brought my 2014 Honda Accord in to get those jaundice looking 🤣 headlights replaced. I purchased the headlights and had them shipped to OFC. They called when they received the parts, then made an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Work was completed in a timely manner. So much so my son who picked my car up won’t give it back🤣. But seriously he’s planning to bring his paid off 2014 Nissan Altima in for the same procedure. Thanks OFC. You’ve gained a repeat customer.

If you’re needing a big or small repair done, this is the place to go! I’ve had them do two different jobs for me and both times I have been impressed. From their customer service to their quality of work, A+! David and everyone else there actually care about their customers & their vehicles. They also talk to you about your vehicle in a way you’ll understand and not try to be over technical and confuse you. They are also upfront and transparent about what the price is going to be. Anybody who has an older vehicle knows how hard it is to find a decent mechanic. My Monte Carlo SS was built up, partially, by another company here in Fort Wayne but I wasn’t real happy with the service. I have been so happy with old Fort customs. I’m so pleased with them I have brought them my regular every day drivers for service. Their quotes are very accurate, their communication is absolutely exceptional. I never feel blindsided here.
