Stopped by to have tires checked because Laredo Texas TA failed my trailer inspection because of tires they said I was at 1/32 below DOT regulations Pomp's quickly check all trailer tires lowest gauge was 6/32 , very honest and reliable guys ,,

Th shop supervisor is extremely rude and unprofessional, and the 2 guys working on my truck literally had little to no training whatsoever. I have been dealing with the Pomp's chain of tire stores for many years and have never been treated so poorly. I will continue to deal with the Pomp's chain of stores, but will never step foot in the Ft. Wayne location ever again. Would've given it a negative star if it were even possible. The supervisor needs to be replaced with someone that knows how to speak to customers and the 2 techs need to undergo extensive training.

I call the day prior and make an appointment and first the phone conversation was difficult as he didn’t know what a national account was! I show up for my appointment t only to be told they don’t have any technicians and didn’t know when one would be back!! I will never ever use this facility again!!! I need two steer tires done and I Refuse to spend that much money with a company who treats you like your a bother!!!! Went down the road to Best One! Best choice I could have made!!!!

Had tires put on our 4500 GMC make a long story short had a brand new tire that had problems. These guys work very hard to make it right. Ended up they had to get a new tire. These guys went the extra mile to make it right. I highly recommend Pomp's for your tire needs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I recently switched from a larger local “tire shop” to John down off Goshen rd in Fort Wayne. Never heard about or met any of these guys until this year. Walked in, explained that I have personal and commercial tire needs. Although it seemed that they may cater a little more towards larger Agricultural and semi tires. John was more than willing to handle us. Now we see them almost daily. Our needs are met. The guys are great to work with. They are willing to go the extra mile to make things right. More than happy with the pricing as well. We all know tires aren’t cheap. John even goes as far as to do “drop off and pick ups” for us when needed! Hats off!

My driver arrived 10 min before closing time. They refused to take him said he need to call after hours service call. When I dialed them they said sure we will fix him but did not mention the after hours service charge to me. Now a week later they sent an invoice with $360 emergency fee, $20 fuel surcharge, $20 distpach fee. While we checked in durring their buisness hours. We use Pomps tire all the time. But looks like we should avoid this location.
