I brought in an 05 Buick terraza. Steering was completely jacked. I was expecting an expensive repair cost. They were able to straighten out all 4 wheels and the van is back to factory and drives like it did when I first bought it. The repair cost was very resonable, compared to other shops in the area. Breaks, alignment, and suspension. There a reason that car dealers bring there cars here. In an emergency, I was able to lip my truck here and get a ride home. Appointment are mostly recorded so to booked out 2 weeks on average. Travis is the guy, but there all great. Worked on my suzuki, Dodge 2nd generation truck, 80 square body Chevy truck, 95 Cadillac I seen old classics and super cars here dropping off. Like a car show....

Not only do they do great work, but they are so so kind! I heard my exhaust pipe scraping the ground on my way to an appointment and decided to stop by and see if there’s any way they could do a quick fix so I could get to my appointment. They got it in right away, it took only 10 minutes! When I asked what I owed, the gentleman said nothing and to get to my appointment. I was recommended this place from a respected high-end car dealer in-town. I brought my recently lowered '22 Mustang to get an alignment so it was back into factory alignment specifications. I'm pretty particular with my vehicles since I tend to do all the work on them myself. Travis was very helpful in getting the appointment set up and answering my questions. Went and got my car aligned here after taking to another shop. Other shop said they weren’t able to align the car because of bad/broken parts. The guys at Stemen had it all done and squared away in about an hour. Car drives perfectly now. They had the speciality parts to adjust everything correctly. The tech took the car for multiple test drives to make sure everything was correct. I won’t be taking my cars anywhere else for suspension/alignment issues. The shop has an old school feel and did the work correctly. Don’t bother going anywhere else. Just take your car here and get it done right the first time.

First time using this great place for a tie rod replacement. I couldn't be more impressed with Travis and his crew. They even fixed an issue that the dealer caused a while ago. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended! 🚗💨 Just had my car aligned at Steman Align and Brake, and I couldn't be happier! Travis and Brandon did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, and treated my car with the same care I do. ALIGNMENT: Travis and Brandon started with a suspension inspection for worn parts, then checked for any hub runout. Next, they used the car's alignment specs to compare the current alignment, before aligning the front and rear wheels. There is no Win-Align or other computerized equipment; this is all expertise: a bubble measure for wheel alignment, rigging, and tools to make alignment accurate to within 1/8th of a degree. Travis and Brandon performed my alignment; they work together to ensure the alignment process is accurate and stays put: their experience, and special tools to precisely align and tighten bolts is the reason the alignment is both highly accurate and stays that way. BRAKES: If your rotors need resurfacing, they will check for both runout and thickness, then turn rotors on-car, giving a non-directional finish. TIRES: Steman Align & Brake also sells and mounts tires; you can buy from them or order from Tire Rack and ship to them for installation. The margins for tires are quite thin, so price from the perspective of tire cost and the quality of work provided. The service was top-notch, and the prices were very reasonable; the quoted rate was under the dealership and many third-party tire shops. Went here after being told by a big tire shop, who put new tires on my 2022 tesla s, that I needed an alignment. Brandon was very nice and helpful. He took measurements and said that his measurements showed the alignment was in spec and didn't really require the alignment at this point. So he just charged for the inspection. I really appreciated his honesty about the work not being necessary.
