As a woman, it is sometimes hard to find a honest mechanic who doesn't talk down to you or try to sell you things you don't need. I'm always confident when I drop my car off that I will be treated fairly and only the work that needs to be done will get done. I'd give 6 stars if I could 😊

My car would not start on a Saturday morning after my kids soccer practice. I had the car towed to Schwarz for them to do repairs on Monday. Monday afternoon I received a call from Schwarz saying the car had started every attempt and they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. They mentioned they even took the car for a test drive to ensure the car was running good. Schwarz said because they could not find anything wrong with the car, they said I could pick it up anytime. I offered to pay Schwarz for their time, however, they respectfully declined and said no charge. In this day and age, it is difficult to find honest people. They could have easily said they repaired something on the car, charged me whatever and I would have never known the difference. Thank you for your honesty Schwarz. We will be using your services in the future for car maintenance and will be letting others know about your integrity and honesty.

Great experience. Had my car dropped off over the weekend for them to check out on Monday. Suspected a faulty alternator and they called early Monday to confirm the issue and give a repair quote, was fixed by early afternoon. Nobody unearthed any mysterious additional problems to fix or tried to up-sell extra services; they fixed what was wrong and my car is running great again. Will definitely be using them again for any future issues my vehicles have.

Google says they are open on Saturday at 8am. I pull up and the sign says By appointment only on Saturday. 5 minutes later, a truck pulls up. I ask does he work here. He says yes. He said they are closed. I asked if he has any appointments. He said "probably not" and walked away. Would have been my first time coming here after I see the high reviews on Google but absolutely not! First impression- i wish I could give 0 stars.
