No one else in town could fix my exhaust without replacing the entire system, I went to Midas and they custom made just the tail pipe and welded it for a fraction of the cost! They also figured out a suspension issues that no one else could pinpoint. Professional, fast, and excellent work! Highly recommend for any auto repairs.

Jeremy at the counter was incredibly courteous, respectful, personable & HONEST! It has been quite some time since I have had such a positive experience at a national chain mechanic. As a person who has been in the customer service industry my entire adult life, I maybe tend to be a bit critical of other workers in it. I have high standards for myself and the experience I am able to give customers. I don’t expect perfection, but I DO expect some damn effort. Unfortunately tho this seems too large a task for A PERSON PROVIDING A SERVICE AS THEIR JOB. It seems increasingly commonplace to be presented with a sad, boring, lazy & lackluster performance (if you can even call that a “performance”…which is if I’m honest a lot of what service is). So, it is refreshing & quite pleasant when I have an encounter with another person who genuinely cares about the customer, and it ALWAYS shows when they actually care/enjoy what they do. LISTEN, SMILE, AND EMPATHIZE W/ THE CUSTOMERS CONCERN (especially in the automotive sector) GOES AN AWFUL LONG WAY! Thank you Jeremy @ Midas on Coliseum in Fort Wayne Indiana! I’ll be back, and will refer people to you from now on. THAT is what SERVICE does…it builds VALUE, both to the customer and the service provider. It creates trust, which means a LOYAL CUSTOMER.

I talk to an employee. He wouldn't tell me his name. So I called back and asked who the manager was. Raul misquoted me parts. While talking to another employee he was discussing me to them. "He littlerly said: he wanted to get me the most expensive ones. I bet he will go somewhere else." I immediately asked for his name. Because he was talking about my cars parts! He said why and then wouldn't give me his name! He doesn't want to work! That's the laziest rudest things I've heard a mechanic say! They were going to give me an overly expensive estimate, so I wouldn't get the work done at their shop! That's fine with me! I'll take my money somewhere else! He acted like I could hear him! Can you hear me now? He also kept putting me on hold. Once even disconnected the call with me. Called several times back but I got his name. Guy was dishonest the entire time because he could be.

I wish I could leave a better review, I’d been to this Midas before and had a fine time. I returned to it for an oil change before travel. Afterwards I drove 70 miles and noticed my hood was steaming, they had completely forgotten the oil cap, or put it on so loosely it fell off while I was driving. Because of this I had to pay for a new cap AND new oil change to make sure it was OK. Thankfully I caught it just in time and only lost 1/4th of the oil. When I called Midas to request a refund, as due to their negligence I had to pay for a second oil change and couldn’t return to them being 70 miles out, they told me all they could do was offer a Complimentary Oil Change. I couldn’t trust them again after forgetting an oil cap, I declined and asked for a refund again and they refused. I’m absolutely beside myself.

This is the place that the Illinois road store refers to and a job that should have only taken an hour at the most took Uber 3 hours and the employee that was doing the job spent more time walking around doing absolutely nothing. I felt was quite ridiculous, and the pricing was quite ridiculous. For what that's what they did, I will definitely not ever stop in this door ever again.

A 2 and half hour job turned into 2 days and the store manager left employees to handle, was promised an UBER and then was told I can get my car if I hurry and I'm there by 2pm. Luckly I called or it would have been 4 days. 8 years never had an issue until this time.

I called during the week on Wednesday to schedule an appointment which in fact was confirmed for Saturday at noon went to my appointment was told I didn’t have one so I had to sit and wait until other appointments ahead of me were serviced and My tires were rotated during my oil change service and some time during the day I noticed my center cap of my rim was missing ! It never has been off prior to until my tires were rotated and im very upset Because either they weren’t placed back on correctly or the bolts were put back on tight .

Crazy ex put something in my gas tank. The guys at Midas were sympathetic and helped identify all of the damages. They gave me a nice itemized list of repairs needed for the police report and were patient with me getting the car towed. Did I have them repair anything? Nope. The damages weren't worth fixing on my rusted Impala. RIP Franklin. It's been nice riding with you for the last 2 years. When I needed detectives, Midas delivered. 5 out of 5 definitely recommend Midas and checking my case when dating. Thanks

Will never go here again. We went in for an oil change. Cost us an extra $230 to have a different shop tell us the oil filter is leaking. Midas just changed that filter during the oil change plus we brought it in a second time yesterday for them to tell us everything is fine even thoughwe were still leaking. We now have large oil stains on our concrete driveway and garage plus the clean up and the extra $230 to have someone else repair it. All over a simple oil filter. I do not recommend this shop. I give it a zero!

Dishonest manager and incompetent mechanics. This place made so many mistakes on my car repair . That mechanic have search on google and YouTube to know what’s wrong with my car in front of me . If you love your car so much please don’t bring your car at this location. They charge me $3,000 without fixing anything. But thank God my lawyer is involved in it.

I left a 5 star review because the man at the front desk when I went a week ago was helpful. I went in to get my driver door window regulator replaced. Drove out of there, my window is still going down when trying to roll up. But it's up so ok. I also let my newly done window tint being damaged go. Few days later I'm having battery issues. Take it in & it's because my driver door latch senor isn't working so it's draining my battery. How coincidental is it right after you mess with my driver door now I have a latch issue that was never there before. I suggest you do NOT take your vehicle here unless you want it damaged. Half fixed & even more expensive problems on top of it. This place is the most unethical shop I've experienced.

After multiple visits within 24hrs for an oil change that they stated they could do for my vehicle they had my vehicle in the shop twice I get it back and drive it home no problem however lo and behold there is damage on my vehicle as if someone has keyed the front end of my car, my car hasn’t been anywhere but in this shop and now damages when the damages weren’t there to begin with I don’t know who or why but I won’t recommend this place to anyone if they’re not going to take care of the vehicles while in possession of them I know for a fact there were no damages on my vehicle prior to my visit while I have pictures of the same area with no damages then after this visit; it having damage I’m not okay with this because it costs a fortune for paint and damage repair I will never return here again because of this.

I went in for a basic oil change with a coupon for a tire rotation. Lets just say I left 2.5 hrs later with my same flat tire and my tire cap missing and no rotation. I could of just went to Walmart. Good work and service is hard to find.

We showed up for our 11:30 oil change appt and was asked if we could leave and come back in 30 mins because someone had called off so they were short staffed. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice if someone could have called and let us know because we could have preferred to wait at home especially considering we had our 14m old with us. We left and came back and was told it would take an hour. Midas closes at 2 and we don’t leave until 2:30. So all together the whole fiasco took us 3 hours to get our oil changed. I get stuff happens but our time is important too plus we had our 14m old who has a schedule and as you can imagine has a hard time sitting/being entertained for 3 hours at a car shop. Then this morning I got a call from the manager who wanted me to come back because the guy who worked on our car apparently forgot a tool under the hood. So on top of everything that already transpired I’m supposed to come back and waste my time and gas so I can give them their tool back. Then I notice there’s two MASSIVE spots of oil under my car where there’s never been any spots of oil before and I would know as I always park my car in the same spot. What a nightmare. I feel like I’m owed a refund for my oil change considering the oil is all over my driveway instead of inside the car. They also quoted me a price of $1000 to get something done on my car and I got another quote from Hyundai of $570 for the same service. Only come here if you’ve got time and money to waste.
