My son and I had the most incredible car-shopping experience at Three Rivers Auto! Long story short, about a year ago, we bought a vehicle from one of the bigger dealerships in Fort Wayne. You know the kind... where there are 20 sales people standing outside - surrounding you like vultures as soon as you drive up and practically suffocating you. Nearly 5 hours later (yes FIVE hours), we were able to finally drive away with a vehicle. The ONLY vehicle we were there to see & test drive. It was mentally exhausting. So with that terrible experience in mind, I was dreading having to go through the process of buying another car. However, I was pleasantly surprised that Three Rivers Auto was nothing like that! No sales people breathing down my neck or boring me with their words. They heard what we were wanting and gave us the space to look at the vehicle - all without overselling. This is the kind of sales approach I respect! Its honest. Great deals, an impressive wide-range of inventory, friendly & kind staff. I highly recommend Three Rivers Auto to anyone. Just purchased a 2010 Ridgeline. Nick and the team were great to work with! They were willing to honor a previous lower price, and threw in a short term warranty so I could have my mechanic take a closer look at a potential issue and bring it back if something turned up. The Ridgeline wasn’t ready for two weeks during which Nick was easy to communicate with, he was patient, and didn’t try to push me in a different direction. Buying used is always going to carry some risk, but this was about as smooth as I could have hoped for.

I am going to leave this right here. If you purchase a vehicle, PLEASE make sure you get that after market warranty and hope you don't have to use it more than once. Mine maxed out on having to put a new engine in my vehicle, 4 months after purchase. Driven less than 4,000 miles. I have driven less than 8,000 miles, since purchase and it is back in the shop for repairs today. We paid $7200 for the car. $7500 for a new engine. Warranty paid $5000 we paid $2500. ANOTHER $2000 today needed in repairs not engine related, not normal wear and tear. The dealership said we can use that as testimony, the warranty works, it does. I did have a conversation with ASC today, they are going to be looking into how many people are having to use this warranty, shortly after purchase. They do keep track. I have seen several reviews saying the purchaser's need to revert to warranty for repairs. It is just not right. At all.

Wow. What great service. A + all around. After going back and forth for about 2 weeks, these gentlemen kept in touch with me and stayed very professional. After I had 2 other deals fall through at other dealerships, these guys worked with me through the whole process. They matched us with a great family vehicle( only minor things wrong that I can easily fix- former mechanic) it's a definite upgrade from what we have now . Great price. Great service. I got ahold of them Saturday morning, I had the pleasure of working with Nick, I told him my circumstance, I need a car delivered that day to some friends who found out their car was no longer drivable, it could've fallen apart, literally. That's the only vehicle they had. Nick got me a nice car, reliable in the price range I could afford. They did this all over the phone. had it delivered to their house by 1pm. Have been having to take my son in law here every other week. They fix one thing and then something else goes wrong. They don't seem to know how to inspect cars for anything. And it has been brought back 3 times for the same thing that they supposedly fixed.
