That guy Todd has an attitude problem, lost my business. Was there last week and he seemed like I was inconveniencing them by walking in to get my tires rotated. Thought they took care of my tires for the life, didn’t realize it’s only if convenient. I’ll go to the other location instead now.

Really poor customer service at this location. Went in yesterday Thursday March 21 to have a tire replaced and the brakes inspected. I was happy with the tire an made an appointment for the next day to have my brake pads and 2 riders replaced today. I left thinking everything was good t go only to arrive for my appointment today and be informed that the appointment had been canceled and something else scheduled over it. The gentleman at the counter had no explanation for this nor I'd he try to reschedule the appointment. I do not enjoy wasting my time and gas and I will definitely be taking my buisiness elsewhere and I recommend you do the same!

I actually first went to a different business based on the online ratings I saw for TireBarn. The other place could not do the work and referred me over to them. At that point I needed it done and didn't really care. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and courtesy I received! TireBarn was friendly, honest, priced reasonably and communicative. Nothing but high quality service. Definitely recommend!

Went to Get my oil changed at another place, decided to get the tires rotated as well. The mechanic reported one passenger right lug nut was loose, and that the rear driver side was over torqued. So over torqued that they broke a tool. Since I replaced all 4 tires with Tire Barn in October, I drove there to report this news and get them rotated. Mark was the less than enthusiastic mechanic working, and he snidely reported that they torque to spec and that obviously the other place didn’t know what they were doing. I asked what the cost was to have them done by Tire Barn, he said free. I asked if I needed an appointment, he said, it’s typically a walk in. I said great, can you do that now. He said he closed in 5 minutes so that wouldn’t be possible. I explained that both the website and the door said they were open until seven, and he said they went back to six a while back. I believe Mr. Mark needs a customer service refresher. Having worked retail and customer service I too have been annoyed by the last minute customer, but they were still customers and deserved excellent customer support. Also, if the closing time is indeed 6 PM both Google and the signage on the door need updated. I wouldn’t have driven there if I had the proper information.

Tire Barn Warehouse has sold me tires that are generally very durable and reasonable in price. Once or twice I have had to return later for my “free” tire rotation when they were very busy, but that has been an exception to the rule. Nice job, Tire Barn.

They have good service and do a good job. However, it is very misleading receiving a price quote online and then go into the shop for my appointment and pay hundreds of dollars more than the price quote amount online. Doesn't seem right.

The employee I spoke with was very unprofessional and had a rude attitude during our phone conversation regarding my purchase of tires. I informed him that I only wanted to buy the tires and did not want installation services. When I arrived at the store, he refused to accept cash as payment and stated that I was required to use a card. There was no signage anywhere in the store indicating that cash payments were not accepted. His behavior was dismissive and unhelpful, and it appeared that he was unwilling to complete the sale because I chose not to pay for tire installation.

My first appointment was a courtesy inspection foe brakes and I was extremely satisfied with how they treated me and how quick they were. We set the appointment for brakes the next day so there were 2 technicians on hand. Everything was explained to me and they were very respectful. They don't talk down to you just because you aren't a mechanic. They even let me know what to expect after my brakes were done. I have recommended them to others I know need brakes.

I would highly recommend the Tire Barn. I had a flat tire and I had someone come to the house and put on my spare. I went out the next day and the spare was also flat. I drove it to the Tire Barn, unfortunately I didn't have an appointment, the Manager was wonderful and fit me in, he fixed my regular tire very quickly. I was in tears before I left their lot, I am so thankful he took care of the issue and I can drive safely again.

Very unprofessional the white dude with the white hair spiked up. He's super unprofessional. Very rude to the old gentleman that was trying to explain to him where the leak was in his tire and why he didn't want to pull the piece of shrapnel out. When the old gentleman was trying to explain it, the guy kept walking off and rolling his eyes and breathing heavy. Then when I walked up to proceed to be there for my appointment, he was very cold. He didn't have really any motion and then when I told him that my paperwork is from another location he kind of got irritated. Well I got to call that location and get the paperwork from them cuz our computers don't speak. Maybe if he was more professional people would want to come back. I straight up walked out and I even had an appointment. I refused to be treated like that and I refuse to others to be treated like that also. And I hope this does get back to management cuz that individual was very rude and he doesn't need to be in customer service

I'm very pleased with tire Barn I brought my van in to have brand new tires put on they ran into an issue with one of the lug nuts being cross-threaded they took the time and patience to get it off unfortunately one of their outside vendors do not bring a replacement part in a prompt time this was not This Tire Barn's fault but they made sure to get it resolved so they could finish the job at no time did they make me feel that this a inconvenience to them but more of a inconvenience for me they were very apologetic to me even when this was not their fault I dealt with Miles Edens assistance manager he was a great help through this whole process I have had experience with tire Barn before but with the location over on Coldwater which was not a very good experience they didn't handle themselves as professionally as the Jefferson rd team did yesterday I will definitely go back to tire Barn for future needs at the Jefferson rd location Tirebarn location 1108 you rock

Got there with a very serious situation going on in my car. I was very cordially greeted. They were short on staff, but in spite of that, they received my car and went on and beyond, using their available human resources the best they could, to offer me amazing and very practical solution. Final Result: They successfully and totally solved my car’s mechanical problem, and they did so, while being cheerfully and without any frustration, even though they were short on staff, and it was very late, close to their closing time.
