Jerome was awesome. We had a tapping noise coming from the top of our engine. He not only didn't want us to drive our car until he found out what the noise was, he offered to drive us home so we would leave our car there out of concern for our car. We brought the car back the next day and he worked it in on his busy schedule, took the valve cover off and made sure it was nothing serious internally, changed the oil, and still refused to let us pay him. Now that's a fair and honest repair company at it's finest. These are the places you just can't find anymore. Thanks again Jerome and we'll keep you posted on the tapping if it goes away with the additive you also put in. Thanks again.

My son plays baseball at PFW. He was leaving to go out of state for baseball and his car stopped running. He had to leave it. I am two hours away. His coach suggested Ruckman's. I called and they helped me coordinate everything from the tow to the repair in a day. They squeezed it in so that when my son returns he will have a vehicle. The fee charged was reasonable and the people who answered the phone were a pleasure to speak with several times. They called me when they said they would and explained the issue clearly. Family business type feel with spectacular customer service for someone who is not a regular customer. This is how the world is supposed to work. Thank you.

Stopped in off the street because my battery warning light was on. No problem - owner welcomed me in and said he would help me. He diagnosed problem and had me on my way in an hour. While I was waiting, I watched him treat every customer with great care and respect. I highly recommend this shop!

This is the greatest car repair shop I have ever frequented - my uncle who I love dearly owned a car repair shop for a decade before becoming an instructor at the local university and I STILL would prefer Ruckmans. The staff are beyond courteous and accommodating. They never do anything to your vehicle without talking to you first and I promise that on my second visit here they already knew my name, my husbands name, and what the gender of our first born (5 years later) would be... they are just amazing. I can't possibly say enough nice things about them. Oh! And everything they do is extremely reasonable.

Very friendly, helpful people - front desk and others. They don't try to get you to buy a bunch of things. They told me I needed to get ready to buy new tires - no rush, but sooner than later, and they'd be happy to put a quote together when I'm ready. My oil change was about $30. I waited around 30 minutes - there was a table to sit at or a few couches and chairs. I was the only customer there, most people seem to drop off their cars. I've got family who've been customers for many years and I'll be back myself for those new tires...

Update: seem to have lost employees or be under staffed. Hope they work it out What I said about them 4 years ago: Ruckman's does good work. I had them put a new engine in an older Subaru, and it turned out great. They work on my BMW as well. My wife and son also bring their cars there to get any work done. They always treat us fair, and get things done right. I've never had to bring a car back for the same issue.

1st experience since the purchase of Ruckman's and all I can say is total disappointment. $79.00 oil change and as I pulled out my check engine light was on (for the first time ever) no use going back as there wasn't a technician on sight. Ruckman's was a great place ... hopefully i can find a new home for my families vehicles and the 7 other families i had referred to Ruckmans over the years

We have been going to Jerome at Rickman's for about 3 or 4 years now for our routine oil changes for 2 vehicles as well as some other services. We love that you are able to schedule appointments for your service. The price is unbeatable, and we are always confident that we are getting good work done. Their office is clean and customer service outstanding.

I have found Weirs to be up front, honest and, trustworthy in both their quotes and the end results. I drive approximately 40 miles to bring my truck here and will continue to do so as long as they continue to offer high standards of service.

Was told by a mechanic another shop that I needed head gaskets but they would not be able to help me. So I took it here and they wanted to look at it to verify that was the issue. Turns out it only needed a PCV valve. Sean, the service manager did a lot of the work himself and made sure that we had our vehicle back and ready to use in two days. They could’ve told us that we needed head gaskets and charged us, but they were honest and saved us a crap ton of money
