Been coming to Parks Auto for years. I love the fact that it’s a small, family run shop and they are honest, which is a rare find these days, plus I met the owner as well. Got an oil change since I didn’t have time to do it myself and sipped on some Tim Horton’s coffee from their machine. I Still will continue to come to the shop. I recommend Parks to everyone.

Landon and staff at Parks Automotive are excellent to work with. He never tries to upsell any work and gives fair and honest quotes. I have been bringing my vehicles to him for several years and each repair is done quickly and professionally. They are quick to get your vehicle in for diagnostics and have multiple ways of communicating with you; you can choose phone calls, text, or email. Landon takes the time to explain what work is necessary but also what things will need attention in the future. I can’t thank Parks Auto enough for their honesty and skill! We originally went to Midas, where they quoted us $3,000 for pads, rotors, and calipers. They even started working before we gave them permission, and when we couldn't pay, they tried to push us into a payment plan. When we finally took the car back, we discovered Midas had zip-tied parts they had started tearing apart without telling us! We took it to Parks Auto, and they were incredible. They completed the work Midas claimed was needed, but then found the real reason our car wouldn't move: a failed ABS system. Parks Auto got everything situated, replaced the ABS part, and performed all the other repairs for way less than the original $3,000 quote from Midas. It’s rare to find a shop with this much integrity that actually knows how to diagnose a vehicle instead of just guessing. Our car is safe and back on the road thanks to them. If you want a mechanic who won't trap you or hide dangerous 'fixes' like zip ties, go see Parks Auto!

A catalytic converter needed to be replaced on my 2009 Chevy Malibu. I contacted Parks Auto and the secretary and Landon made it a smooth process from start to finish. They even accommodated me by taking my payment over the phone and allowing me to pick my car up at a later date than I originally planned to without charging me extra. They have taken care of my car a few times over the years! I also love that they discuss the warranty info and labor costs upfront. Nothing hidden. They even recommended another company for an exhaust job to save me money from having to replace the entire exhaust system. I didn't even know I had this issue until Landon informed me. He could have told me to replace it and earn more money, but he told me it wasn't to that point yet. He saved me $1400 by recommending someone else to fix it without him replacing it. Parks Auto has very reasonable pricing and are very professional as well! I highly recommend Parks Auto for car repairs and to feel treated like someone cares about your issues and time and not like you are just another transaction! Thanks Landon and his secretary!
