Nice change in staff! I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated this time. I had an unfortunate occurrence some time ago, however this time, Ken (owner) made the best decision ever in the placement of staff, Scott and Phil!! I was treated with respect and courtesy and I am grateful for that. I was greeted with a hello and a smile and was sent away with a great big smile and pleasantries! I felt like a part of a family! The waiting room was clean and organized. The restroom was clean and well stocked. Great Job Guys!! Sincerely Elaine

Brought my car in a little over a month or so ago in for coilovers and springs to be readjusted, the first technician to do it left my vehicle slammed on its springs and maxed my hydraulic in the rear, the technician wasn’t able to align my vehicle because of this and he sent me on my way saying it was fine, in these circumstances I thought my vehicle was fine because a certified technician said it was, I was also instructed to purchase more parts as a result of this no alignment and shitty readjusting of my parts I’d just purchased. I spend the money on labor and parts to get an alignment, then come to find out because the springs and coilovers were adjusted wrongly, the new parts I had installed did not matter nor help at all, after months of no alignment and shitty ride quality my tires have been extremely worn, the new parts make noises which u was instructed to buy and install. I bring my vehicle in today, to hopefully get my struts and springs readjusted AGAIN to be at minimum height they offer of 2”. They take my vehicle in at about 10:30 - 11am, and I leave to not have to sit in the shop all day. I ended up barely having anything adjusted, I got a half asses alignment, and I’m here to say do not bring your vehicle here ever if you wonder why they’re constantly open and don’t work on nicer tier vehicles anymore it’s because they’ve lost all respect and trust with their previous customers. My car is still making clunking noises from the new alignment parts installed and the vehicle is still half an inch taller in the front from the rear, I was forced to pay for an alignment when my vehicle is still not aligned properly it won’t drive straight for more than 2 seconds which isn’t even enough time to switch radio stations. This is becoming an issue I’ve been here twice and I can’t even trust you guys to touch my vehicle anymore. DO NOT GO HERE I WILL BE REFUSING ANY WORK FROM THEM UNLESS ITS A FULL SERVICE OF MT VEHICLE WHICH THEIR TECHNICIANS HAVE BASICALLY BEEN NEGLECTING, BETWEEN A REAL ROAD TEST, ALIGNMENTS, NEW PARTS I WAS INSTRUCTED TO BUY, AND STILL NOT HAVING THE ISSUE FIXED IS SOMETHING EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF. CAMBER AND STUFF ARE STILL OUT OF WACK AS WELL, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH A BRAKE JOBS PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME MONEY AND HEARTACHE!. I HAVE A FULL ALIGNMENT KIT SET FOR TOE CAMBER AND HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS! THESE ARE ALL THINGS IVE PAID FOR!

My daughter is in a nursing home for rehab from an accident. She wanted her A.C. repaired. She called the Coldwater road location in Fort Wayne. She made an appt. to take it in. They replaced the compressor and said her blower was bad. They couldn't guarantee the work unless she replaced it for around $600. I told her not to do it and I would pick it up. She paid over $1000 for that repair. I took it to my mechanic and he said the fluid was gushing out of the compressor. He checked it and the blower was fine the switch on the dash was bad. He checked and the nuts on the compressor were loose and causing the fluid to leak out. Rather than take it back to these people, I paid him to repair it. I think they took advantage of my daughter under the circumstances. If she had paid the $600 to have the blower replaced, it still wouldn't have worked. I rate this place with "0" stars and would never let them touch any of my family's vehicles.

Had to have my car towed in last week because the front passenger wheel started grinding. When I called the next business day at around 11am to make sure they got the keys from the mail slot, Scott, the manager, told me it was fixed and ready to go. Since they were the last ones to touch that part, they just fixed it. They've had several chances to bilk me and passed on them. So, I'm sticking with them going forward. If you're the owner, keep your current team. Honest men bring in less money in the quarter, but more money over the decade.

Well 500.00 for break pads ,they said I needed a fluid flush another 80.00 and a slue of other items for a total of 1500.00 . I said wow that's insane since most of that work was done the week before at my local Chevy dealer . So I went back to my dealer and found none of this was true the squeak in my brakes was little piece of metal that got stuck in the brakes. Oh and by the way my dealer only charged me 199.00 for breaks and rotors and 39.00 oil change 79 for trans flush and 55 for alignment

Wanted my brakes serviced. Only did the rear brakes, and did those wrong. Ended up getting them done properly somewhere else. Cost me over $500 for nothing. Never take your vehicle here.

My son went at got 3100 dollars worth of repairs done only to have problems on the way home. He did not tell them about it right away after a week he went back in and they told him another 3500 to fix the problem. This was on an 07 dodge nitro with 212000 miles. I have been going to Tuffy for quite sometime. Scott, the manager, has always been very helpful. I appreciate that they stand behind their work, and if there is an issue they will fix it and take care of the customer. Phil, one of the mechanics, has worked on my autos for years and I total trust what they tell me is needed and the best way to fix something. Great member service!

Even though some of my vehicles had tricky, hard to diagnose issues, they were able to resolve the problems in a timely manner and within a reasonable budget. Store manager Austin is rude! I called a week ago to ask about getting transmission fluid checked and was told they would do it and only charge me if I needed fluid. Went to the store 2 times and waited in lobby over 20 min to be told they would charge me $70 to look at it. When I called back Austin was rude and told me he wasn't going to have one of his guys spend 30 min checking it out for free and I told him I know what has to be done to check it and he said then do it yourself but I'm not asking my guys to do it free. He said he didn't know who I talked to and gave my car info to but they told me wrong. I won't be visiting there again.

This is the only place I trust with not only my car but my mother and daughter's car as well. I fix my own vehicle but if there is something I can't do or don't understand there is no other place I would go. They are fair do the job right I feel safe when I leave as well as they have fixed things for me at no cost just the other day they fixed my passenger window wiper so it worked at no cost these guys are phenomenal!! Yes there is no one standing at the front desk please be patient or just poke your head out into the garage these guys are hard at work they can't watch the counter every second. The only garage I would recommend to anyone!!
