These guys went above and beyond. They stayed after hours to get me on the road. They had 14ply trailer tires in stock (Hercules HT 901). I replaced all four tires and these guys worked hard to get us taken care of. The tires pulled amazing for the rest of the drive. The original tires from the camper manufacturer were underrated for my application and now I have the right tires for the right load thanks to these guys!!!! Thank you again for your extra effort to help us out!

We were traveling, 10 hours from home, pulling a boat. Came out of hotel to a flat tire. We added air and drove to the store on Coldwater Rd. We arrived at 7:58am, my husband went in to ask if they could patch our tire. ( We chose this store because of many reviews saying they helped people out.) The woman at the desk said they couldn't help us, she could add air, but it would be TWO days before they could fix our tire!! Needless to say we went elsewhere.

Wow !! Had a tire that needed patched. They not only got us in right away with friendly faces, they got it done ASAP and then didn’t charge us a dime for this service. What is truly amazing is, we didn’t even buy the tire there ! Thank you soooo much. Will diffidently be back !!

The service team was amazing at the coldwater Fort Wayne location! The website though sucks said they had the tire and I drove all the way there to just have to order it! My suggestion is updated the website to correlate with the location!!!

The guys at Tire Barn removed a nail, patched, and filled my tire in about 30 mins. I got my card out to pay and he said it’s on the house! If there are any ladies worried about getting cars fixed without having a man present, those guys treated me with respect like any other customer! Will be back to visit soon.

I had a drill bit in one of truck tires and headed in during a very busy time. Understandably they said it would take about 2 hours to get me in as a walk in. Joe and his team provided great customer service and head me checked in and out in just a little bit over an hour, which was impressive considering I didn’t have an appointment and they were very busy. Ty Joe and team for a great job!

Bought my tires here. They tell you to come in for a tire rotation every 5K miles in order to keep your warranty. Every time I show up they tell me they dont have enough workers. They will not book appointments for it. What am I supposed to do? I tried again. I was told not enough workers, again! Minimum 2 hour wait but no gurantee. I'm speechless. Why wont you just let me make an appointment for this?

I bought 2 new tires for my utility trailerGllad you had 2 in stock. They can be hard to find. Price was ok cash and carry. Since installation price was too high I took them to another tire store and saved a lot of money. It was across town

Seriously awesome experience at Tire Barn today! I booked my appointment super easily online because my tire pressure light was freaking me out. I got there early, and they were so great—they actually took my car right away, which was before my appointment time. The guys working were super nice! They checked everything, fixed the issue fast, and even gave me a quick tip on my tire caps. Huge thanks for getting me in so fast and being so chill and helpful!

Service was quick. Cashier interaction was excellent. Quality of the service provided was lacking though, it states on the receipt no spec for the lug nuts but yet when I had checked over the tightness myself (of the lug nuts) it became known that most of the bolts were not tightened to spec which could've caused issues down the road. After paying $180 just to install 4 tires you'd think that the least that could be done is that they're tightened down properly. This isn't the only place I've noticed who has taken tires off of a vehicle and not have the bolts fastened correctly. An impact gun is not being consistent enough especially when I'm it's something so vital and important to ensure utmost safety. Double check you're tires and read your manuals for spec tightness of these bolts! I'm starting to believe some shops do this intentionally so you have to bring the vehicle back in costing more money and wasting prescious time and valuable resources when the professionals who you paid a lot of money to, should've done this properly the first time! Other than that great customer service skills but quality of workmanship was quite lacking.

I came in back in January for four new tires and an alignment. I was given I believe three options for tires but they had what appeared to be a great deal on the Nexxon tires- BUY ONE GET ONE FREE- I’ve never heard of a tire program or special like this but was very intrigued and was told they’d be the best tires for my vehicle. I was never told they’d have to charge me an additional $40 per tire since they were special ordered. I ended up paying $282 per tire. Some special! That’s the same price as if I had paid for each tire if I had gone with one of the other brands. Now let’s fast forward to my next issue with them. They have had me here now three times for my TPMS light. My daughter called and expressed I only have so much time off work and they said they could take care of the sensors on Presidents’ Day since I’d be off work. I got to my appointment to be told the good news is that the sensors are already installed on my vehicle but the bad news is that the manager left the dongle as he referred to it at his house so they wouldnt be able to reset the light but not to worry- THE SENSORS HAD BEEN INSTALLED and if I came back in Tuesday first thing they’d just have to program the sensors and I’d be on my way. Here I am missing a morning of work on Tuesday morning now watching them take my wheels off … almost as if those sensors I was assured were installed were not in fact installed. I understand things come up, especially in auto repair but communication goes a long way and I don’t feel that I’ve been communicated with well at all during this process. I’m extremely disappointed and will be looking for somewhere else next time I need tires on my vehicle.
