Service Department is a complete rip off. Charging dual diagnostic fees for services not asked for. Then make lame excuses for why the charges were made. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this location. I would hope to not to get ripped off when in need of service. Please beware when you have this location work on your vehicle, make sure they aren’t double dipping fees.

Very disappointed with dealship. I put alot of trust into this dealship and my Purchase of my dream vehicle. A 2024 Wrangler Rubicon. Only had 5k miles on it. And i Found it here at Glenbrook. Buying was easy sales staff was awsome was very easy and fast. The problem started the very next day. When I frist started the motor a check engine light came on. In my almost brand new Jeep. That spent close to 50k on. Called they told me it had a warranty which it does. Problem is now am up to losing about 3 half days of work to keep running it to shop to get fixed with 2 weeks of buying it. And my local dealship told me that it has a file having same issue 2 other time and the last dealship which was Glenbrook didn't even tighten the clamps on the value they replace. And that it is actually a wiring issue. And Glenbrook was just like were sorry. Well that does fix the day and half of money I lost from lose of work. plus gas. Love the Jeep just sad at the way this is playing out.

I bought a used 2016 Ford Escape SE from Glenbrook Dodge in December 2024 with 78,696 miles. I have driven only about 6,600 miles and the car has already needed a full transmission replacement and now an engine replacement. It has been out of service for more than a month. I purchased a “Platinum Warranty” through Glenbrook Dodge, which I later learned only covers up to the cost of the vehicle. That means the coverage ran out long before the repairs were complete. After some research, I also discovered that a previous customer had complained about the car smelling like gas and that the dealership performed a valve cover gasket repair shortly before selling it to me. None of this was disclosed at the time of sale. I have tried multiple times to contact Ryan Tuttle, the Sales Manager, for help. He has not returned my calls or emails. I expected honesty and accountability from a dealership of this size, but instead I have a vehicle that spends more time in a shop than on the road. If you value transparency and reliability, take your business elsewhere.

Purchased vehicle, got decent deal but poor follow-up. This has been the worse experience with any dealer. Highly recommend staying away! Truck has only 900 miles on it and front tire is falling apart. They tell me I have to go to Firestone and file a warranty claim. Told me to go to a tire place, yet they sell these exact tires...

be aware that they charge a fee to use your DEBIT card on purchases. Also if they promise you something make sure they deliver. The truck I bought is nice but the service here is not the greatest. worst experience at a dealership I've ever had.

First Ram I’ve ever had, so needless to say, this is the first experience I’ve had with their services. Dakota in the Parts department was point on with her ordering and part numbers. She got exactly what my truck needed the FIRST TIME. We all know how hectic ordering parts can be, but she seemed to have it handled. Thanks Dakota, great work. Pulled my truck into the express lane for an oil change and Caesar and Fred got me taken care of within 10 minutes. Left my truck there came back at lunch. This is a review of the Service department! My JT's HVAC blend door went out a few days right before a big trip, and I needed a quick warranty repair. I scheduled an appointment, and got the JT in quickly. However, we ran into some issues with the warranty authorization, the selling dealership (not this one) messed up the paperwork and we couldn't figure out who we have been paying for warranty stuff. Jim Mickelini was our service advisor here, and he went WELL above and beyond to fix the other dealerships problems. He made sure that all the paperwork issues were figured out, got the numbers for me to retain for future reference, and made sure out truck was repaired quickly! I highly recommend Jim as a service advisor, and it is thanks to his work that I will be returning here for my Jeep repair needs in the future.

Used the jeep app to schedule oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection and DEF fill. App said $189 estimated price for service. Took my jeep to Glenbrook service and dropped it off overnight I filled out the key drop form and at the bottom signed the spot that says if over such and such dollar amount call before servicing. I put $200 in the box and signed it. Jeep called in the afternoon the day of service to say it was ready. My wife went to pick it up and the said the total was $414. They refused to honor the apps pricing and the service advisor exclaimed “ I assumed the $200 limit was in addition to the services you requested” which is not how it is worded on the form. Because he assumed we meant $200 additional to the services requested they did not contact me before doing the oil change for $299 and $62 for 3 gallons of DEF plus labor and taxes. After my wife was standing there for an hour waiting for me to get there and talk with them and then I was there for quite a while trying to understand why they would do this even though this isn’t what we had agreed to prior they brought the price down to $331. Still unexceptable however I paid the bill and left. Not that it matters to Glenbrook but I will never take my jeep there again. I hope this review helps anyone avoid the same issue of clear price gouging or severely inaccurate pricing in the jeep app either way the form with my signature with the $200 limit should have stopped this from happening but it didn’t!
