I went to Peter's Body Shop due to an accident that the other person's insurance was paying for. I was nervous when the quote said replacing the back lift gate on my SUV. My vehicle was fixed in less time than estimated, which was great! Also, when I picked my vehicle up, not only was it fixed, but it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out... a wonderful surprise to me! Everyone I dealt with was professional and patient with my nervousness about the situation! Great job Peter's!

This is the place to bring your car and truck to be repaired. I took my truck to another shop because my insurance company said it was their " preferred " shop ( G****r ). That was a mistake. Peters completed the repairs very timely and my truck looks showroom new. They also kept updated without calling. In the state of Indiana you are allowed by law to take your car anyplace you want to get repaired. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends, family.

I hit a deer and had significant damage, so I took my car to Peter's Body Shop. They were extremely helpful and kind as they reviewed the damage and explained everything to me including the process with my insurance. I decided not to proceed with repairs and ended up taking the money from insurance, but Peter's treated me just like they would have if I was a paying customer. I am very grateful to them!

Dropped off a front lip splitter piece to get painted and they said they would paint match it to my car. Got it back and they painted it a pure white instead of pearl white, and when I asked, the lady at the front desk she said that they did the paint code that was on the car with the VIN, and it might be because the paint on my car has been repainted before (I've had the car since new, so I know it hasn't) or because the paint is older. You can see how much different the white is on the lower front splitter with the B emblem. I'm convinced they did not paint match to my car and instead just painted it with a white they were doing another car with that was close enough to mine. The second picture is of a little grill piece that I got painted at a different shop and they seemed to paint match it exactly with paint code on my car. The front lower splitter with the B Emblem and lights is the one Peters Body Shop painted and the other picture of the grill is what a different shop painted. How did a different body shop get the paint to match exactly with my paint code but yet Peters Body Shop couldn't? That says something about the quality of work they do and how careful they are with your car.

We dropped off our suv. Had been vandalized. The timeframe that they gave us for the vehicle to be done was not correct. Probably 3 days past the day they said it would be ready. Finally after calling several times I found out they broke a piece and had to order and new one. They got it and it was not the right one. So finally we get our car everything looked great it first minus the tire well frame bracket was broke need to be replace which he done right in the parking lot. I’ve been driving my car for about little over a month and walk out one day and this is the side of the car they supposedly fixed. It was a very sunny day. My car is usually in garage. So I never get to see this angle. It looks like trash! All I see is buff marks and swelling. I wanna scream. Don’t take your car here. Not all it’s cracked up to be 👎🏻

Peters has the most outstanding customer service I have ever worked with! I had backed my car into my mailbox post, and had yellow paint on the side of my gray car. I stopped in for an estimate on buffing the yellow paint off my car, and the friendly representative asked me if I would wait inside a few minutes. He grabbed a soft cloth and a container of some “magic elixsor” . Within 8 minutes he asked me to come look at the car. It was shining like new, minus the yellow paint😊,plus no charge😊😊 I highly recommend Peters Body Shop on Bluffton Road. I know I will be using their services should the need arise.

Peters Body Shop provided a great customer service experience! After contacting them via email, they responded in less than 15 minutes and assured me that my repair could be completed. I was involved in a rear-end accident. They took charge of communicating with my insurance company and they also advised me with info about my car rental.
