I called the day before. They had to order my tires in and said it is first come- first serve and yo cone in at 9:30. I was there at 9:30 and the parking lot was full, people in the waiting room and at the desk. When it was my turn at the desk they took my keys and set to work on my new tires. Took about an hour to put two new tires on the front and rotate old front tires to the back. All in all I give them 5 stars for STELLAR service.

Only reason that I didn’t give them the full 5 stars is due to the mechanics error. I went in with a nail in 1 tire and asked them to go ahead and rotate the tires since I was about 1,000 miles away from needing a rotation. Waited an hour and they told me I was good to go. The individual went to ring me up when he noticed that they didn’t even rotate the tires. He asked me to give them just a minute and he took it back to them for the rotation. I appreciate the guy at the counter for spotting the error and taking action rather than waiting to see if I caught the mistake. Nowadays there aren’t many people willing to do that for you as it’s a race to get people in and out rather than quality.

I have ALL my alignment work done here by Brian. When I find someone that is Top if their game in their specialty field I follow them. Brian has been doing Alignments since 1987. The work Brian has done on my personal vehicle and my 18 wheeler has saved me 100's. Brian will let you know if anything needs to be replaced. Don't buy junk parts take suggestions. Thanks Brian once again for a Great job...

Called around for estimates. Goolsbee offered the best value on a full set of truck tires. It was a typical 30 minutes before the truck was serviced and 30 minutes in the bay. Turn-around time was the typical hour. The service tech, Kasey, was polite, professional, and personable. Overall good experience.

These guys are awesome. The service staff is friendly and the service tech entertained entertained my curiosity. Being mechanically curious in nature I stood outside of the service bay in the parking lot watching the service mechanic. He was very thorough and very confident what he was doing!

Went to see what was wrong with my A/C and they told me it was the whole A/C system which was gonna cost $1500. I bought the kit and went to another mechanic to put on and that wasn’t the problem at all. Blend Door Actuator was the problem the whole time. Lied and just want your money.

This place did a good job today. They worked on my company's van tire. I had a blow out, so we got the tire replaced there later today. The new tire was not holding air, so they looked and showed us that the wheel itself was cracked. Now we are able to fix this problem. Thank you all!

I have been taking our vehicles here for years....well not anymore! This last 2 times we have taken a vehicle to Goolsby, some type of service issue has to be addressed by what the employees have done to one of our vehicles. Even brought up to their attention, one instance was "We'll catch up the next time you're in ". And this last time, they have put several extra screw holes in my diesels airbox when replacing the engine air filter... Needless to say we will NEVER going back... Edit: Update: It's been several months and no one at Goolsby has called to try and make any of this right or apologize for losing our business.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place! Chip quoted us a reasonable price for the work we needed done on our car. And then he said it wasn't as bad as he thought and only charged us maybe a little over half of the original quote! Most of the places I've been would have just charged me full price and never said a word. I am so thankful for goolsby tires this place is awesome I highly recommend it if you want good work done at a honest and fair price
