Granny's is the best in town for BMW repair. Owner, Kurt Kimball, is a super down to earth guy and will always give you a heads up regarding what you're in for cost-wise and is an honest guy. They're not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for, so spend a little more and have it done right the first time.

I was referred to Granny's by friends, and I have so many great things to say about my first experience with them this week. I'll start with how easy and quick they are to work with. I called them this Monday morning, knowing that my BMW had some serious problems... By mid-Monday, my car was already in their shop being worked on, Tuesday they had all the parts in, and on Wednesday at around lunchtime my car was all ready to go (new radiator, and several other services). Their pricing is incredibly fair, they're very thorough, honest, and overall a pleasure to work with. I'll for sure be back.

I have been working with Kurt, Karen & Team at Granny's for over 25 years and not ONCE have they not delivered on what they said they would do. Their service is exceptional, they are always willing and responsive when I call and most of all, when they fix my cars, they do it right. Kurt is totally up front with what needs to be done, and willing to take the time to explain why, what happened, what was replaced and even what he didn't replace because he felt the work was not necessary. I trust them implicitly and recommend them to anybody I know who has a BMW or Mercedes. Can't say enough good things about Granny's!

This was my first time going to Granny’s Garage and definitely not the last! Carter was great, knowledgeable, and had great suggestions on the services I had done. Very fair prices on having my dct fluid, differential fluid, and rear differential bushing replaced on my 2016 Bmw M3. Granny’s had all this done in a quick timeline as quoted. The price even came out cheaper than expected in the end. Will definitely be using Granny’s Garage in the future! Thank you again Carter and your team!

Got back into the European car game six months ago and was quickly reminded that proper maintenance and neglected repairs can add up. Quick. Wanting the car to be perfect I started off at a shop that was highly recommended and they did incredibly good work, but their approach wasn't aligned with what I wanted and what the car needed. Still a great shop. Took it to shop number 2 and these guys had the tech, talent and tools to do whatever I asked for, and they almost did. I picked up my car after 7 days and a lot of money and it wasn't running properly, and I got a text message from the shop that really rubbed me the wrong way so we had to divorce. The shop and I that is, just for clarification. My wife and I used to take our old BMW to Granny's Garage and I hadn't even put them back on my radar while I was out looking for the right shop. The original owner of Granny's had retired but his son's have taken over and let's just say that the kids are at the very least, the equal of their dad. Granny's did the remaining repairs that the second shop did not complete and it was literally the icing on the cake. The car is phenomenal, it was good when I got it but she needed some TLC and Granny's gave it to her. I cannot recommend a European repair shop with any higher regard. These guys are the best. My car is running so well that I went back to the shop a couple of days later to take treats to the shop dog, her name is Lady and some donuts to the guy's. I don't want anything else to go wrong with the car that isn't routine maintenance related but if something happens we're going right to Granny's.
