It's taking them over 4 weeks to fix our car & there was only one thing wrong with it. Never will set foot in that place again. My neighbor went there & had problems with them & also her car as well after she got it back. If you don't care that you may not get your car fixed in 4 weeks or longer then take your car over there

Worst shop I’ve ever been to. Cheap prices but now I know why. They will fix every other part on your car besides the one that causes the issue. Got an oil change and now my oil just spills out everywhere, never got told anything about an oil leak. Poor communication all around. DONT take your car here.

It is difficult these days to find an auto repair shop like the ones I knew in the 70's when my dad and I used to take his truck in to get fixed. A shop that will investigate what you ask them to investigate, look into the problem as reported, and follow through with what needs to be done; not like some of the big commercial shops that just what to try and run up your bill just to help their profit margins. Grant Auto is exactly the kind of shop that I have been looking for. I have been bringing my vehicles to Grant Auto for a few years now and Josh has NEVER steered me wrong. He takes the time to listen to me, discuss the problem with me, offer solutions, and has never tried to sell me something that I don't need. I highly recommend Grant Auto to my friends whenever they need service on their automobiles. Great work, good price, fantastic people!

GRANT AUTO REPAIR. Many words to describe this place but one word sticks out more than anything is HONESTY!! Inspection of my vehicle was very precise and they were honest about the issues and what price range i was looking at which gave me the option to decide on the route i wanted to take. During this pandemic we need more smaller businesses like this one to stabilize our economy not like @aceautorepair. Definitely come here if your need any car repair issues like i did.

Grant Auto was the Best auto repair place I have ever had service at. They were honest, accurate, and I will continue to use them for any, and all future repairs. I'm a single mom and every penny counts. The mechanics knew their stuff, and didn't talk down to me because I was a single woman. It was so freaking clean and tidy for an auto shop. You could smell cleaner, their sinks were clean, and they even had some beautiful old classic muscle cars in the back bays. Thank You Grant Auto!

I had an excellent experience with Grant Auto. I drive a 2012 Nissan Quest and was hearing noise while driving. Dealer said power steering pump failure is causing the noise and gave a quote north of 2.5K to fix the issue. I don't even know if the technicians drove the car or just ran diagnostics to find the problem. Anyway I paid the diagnostics fees and drove my car back as the repair costs are more than the value of my car. Took the car to Grant Auto and upon first inspection while driving the car he figured out it was an bearing issue and nothing wrong with power steering. $400 for the fix, now my car drives like new and is so smooth. Thanks for fixing my car and rebuilding my trust on good old mechanics/repairman who trust their experience and skills rather than only on diagnostics.
