I heard about this place from an Uber driver, and I have to say it's absolutely fantastic. My brakes started to go and needed to be fixed. I scheduled a diagnostic with Andre at my house while I was gone at work. Left the key for him and he was able to come out, diagnose, and fix the issue in one trip. Beforehand we had a miscommunication about how far he had to drive and he handled it like a pro and came up with a very fair compromise. This guy understands peoples frustrations with normal mechanics and works hard to make sure your experience is convenient, hassle free, and most importantly fair. Hands down the best experience I've had with getting my car fixed, 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely blown away by the service and integrity with gravity automotive. We sent a text on Tuesday evening and we were scheduled by Thursday am! Everything repaired while I was in the comfort of my home prepping breakfast for my 4 year old. We were ready to roll in two hours! I have never experienced such care and compassion from a mechanic. We will never use anyone else again. Andre needs to plugged in for all business owners, moms, or anyone who has zero wiggle room in their schedule or busy moms who can’t sit at a shop!
