Woods might be a top dollar repair shop, but they accurately diagnose issues and guarantee their work. Worth every dime.

Scheduled me for an inspection at noon for me to show up and be told they close for lunch at noon and to come back at one. Tried to have a conversation about the issue and was dismissed almost immediately.

Woods Service is the best place in town for your car. Allen is a great guy and is always there with a smile and a fantastic attitude that almost makes you forget your car troubles! They do great work and I can count on them to do what's best for my car and my wallet. I trust them, their work, and their advice. And don't buy a used car without letting them check it out first. They saved me on that front!

I woke up to a flat tire this morning...tire had a screw in it. I called and spoke with Billy. He let me know when he could get me in so that I could make sure that my tire was inflated enough to get there. One of the best experiences I've had with a tire company. The customer service could not have been better.

Allen and Woods Service Center do not stand by their work. I am very disappointed. I was told by everyone they were a reputable shop. This is not the case. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Definitely takes FULL advantage of female customer's. So I read the review prior to me coming about the wrongful inspection of a female customer and taking advantage, and I thought that was 6 months ago maybe they'd get better since then and find the error in their ways. Not to mention I was referred over to this shop. Well my car wouldn't start and all I needed was a fuel pump. I had several people with a mechanic background take a look at my vehicle and it was the same thing. Even the dealership said so but I couldn't afford to pay dealer prices. Do you know that the people here told me they needed to take my engine apart to diagnosis why my car isn't getting gas and that would be $300. Then it could be either between $1,200-$1,900 because it was either the fuel injection or the compression. Well, they told that expensive lie a few weeks ago. I was referred over to another mechanic that had great reviews for not taking advantage of women, and I'm happy to say that he didn't. The other mechanic shop just fixed my fuel pump and charged me a great price. Guess what. I'm driving my car. No need to scam me out of the initial $300. Then an additional $1,200-$1,900. I know we're in the recession. But intentionally hurting other's to help you is never acceptable.

What a great experience! Alan was outstanding to work with. I'm 2000 miles away and helping my daughter who goes to school in the area. Her alternator gave up causing her car to die and strand her on the side of the road. AAA recommended a shop but after reading their reviews and trying to get them on the phone, I looked around and called Woods. Alan picked right up and told me that he'd be happy to have the car towed in and take a look but unfortunately, they were very busy, and he couldn't get to the car until the following week. Alan called me the next day, diagnosed the issue and had her up and running a few hours later. Friendly service, reasonable estimate, and exceeding expectations is the best way to do business.

Woods service has excellent customer service! On two occasions they have helped my grandmother with that she is very happy with t h e m! On one particular occasion I was with her, her battery died and we had to call for a jumpstart. I cannot remember the gentleman's name that helped us but he was absolutely phenomenal and very fast! I really trust this shop and I recommend them to anyone

As always such wonderful customer service, from Alan. I would never go anywhere else. Tech's are not commission driven, as they are paid by hour. There's no motivation for over charging.

Very disappointed on the predatory practice torwards young women and their lack of knowledge of vehicles and maintenance. The vehicle failed inspection for windshield wipers , cabin air filter , and brake pads being worn past their lifespan. After doing a thorough inspection we found that the pads were well within their lifespan at 7mm (1/4in) . VA requires a minimum of 1/16 to pass state inspection. Rotors measured via caliper was also within specifications. Price quoted wasn’t bad in itself but unnecessarily brought to the customer

These guys are awesome. I didn’t think fast and fair pricing was a thing nowadays. Woods did an amazing job getting our tie rod replaced in a snap. And the best part is they didn’t take advantage of the situation like many other shops try and do. Had my car back by the end of the day and it drives amazing. Thank you Woods for being an awesome place. Even though you are almost 45 minutes from us, we will always use you all for our repairs. It’s like new again!!!!!!
