I am very pleased with the level of customer service I recently received at the Grease Monkey on Howell Mill—specifically from Dorian, who exemplifies what unparalleled customer service looks like. ​I first arrived on Friday, 2/20, at 5:00 PM for an oil change. Unfortunately, the shop didn't have the specific filter my car required. Dorian was incredibly apologetic and assured me he could order the part and have it in the shop by the following morning. He promised to reach out as soon as it arrived, and he did exactly that. When I returned, Dorian apologized again for the delay and thanked me for coming back and trusting them with my vehicle. ​Throughout the process, Dorian was attentive and professional. He pulled service reports and made me aware of a minor issue he suggested I have a European diesel engine specialist look at when possible. There was no "upsell" or pressure; it was simply a "hey, I want you to be aware" moment. He took the time to answer several additional service questions with patience, offering suggestions that aligned perfectly with what other pros have told me. Again, Dorian thanked me repeatedly for my business and invited me to reach out any time with questions. As an HR executive within a global company, I know exactly what excellent people skills and customer service should look like. Dorian is a stellar ambassador for this brand, and because of this experience due to his friendly, open and welcoming personality, I will definitely be a returning customer to this location. This is going to be my maintenance shop from here on out! Dorian and Yasmin are both wonderful! This is my second time coming to this location on Howell Mill for services. First time was for emissions test. Customer service was fantastic, and the wait time was extremely minimal. Dorian and Yasmin both took care of me wonderfullly. I came here through recommendation, and I can understand now why. Today I went in for an oil change. Happy to see Yasmin and Dorian again as well. Dorian educated me honestly on the maintenance required to keep my car healthy, and I could tell it was genuine versus just trying to push car services. Trust level over 90000!!! Yasmin is super sweet hard working and I can tell contributes a lot of wonderful contributions to the team overall. She does an amazing job at making a customer feel lie they are getting the service she would want for herself at a shop, while also just treating people just like her friend or family! I told them I was on a budget, and they worked with me to find the right coupons and deals to find the best price to do what was needed to take care of my car without breaking the bank. I could go on and on while I sit here and finish my service here at the shop, however I say just go here next time you need anything done and you WILL NOT regret it or go anywhere else after that. Yasmin was AWESOME! She made sure to explain everything so thoroughly and was honest about a service that I thought I needed but actually didn’t currently need. Her customer service skills were also amazing, and I really felt like a valued customer here. You can really tell there is pride in the work they do here! Service was quick even though they were quite busy, and the lobby had coffee and tea while I waited. I had such a great experience here today! I called around 1:00 PM and didn’t get my car towed in until about 2:45 PM, and they still stayed open late to make sure my car was taken care of. The atmosphere was welcoming and positive the whole time. This was my first visit and Dorian was incredibly helpful. I probably called at least four different times over the span of about six hours with different questions and updates, and every single time he was so kind, patient, and informative. He took the time to explain my maintenance needs in a way that actually made sense and never once made me feel pressured. I learned so much about my car and felt confident in the decisions I was making because of him. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this shop to everyone I know. Truly a top-tier place for car service!

I’ve been here many times over the years because it’s conveniently located to where I live, they always do an excellent job in a timely manner, they are reasonably priced, and they are very friendly. Yasmin, the manager here, is extremely personable and wants to do whatever she can to ensure a positive experience for all customers in her store. She is knowledgeable and has advised me on several occasions with other issues pertaining to other vehicles in my household as well. I would highly recommend them the next time your car needs service and if they can’t do something, they will be honest and let you know what your options are.

I stopped by Grease Monkey earlier today because I was having an issue with my car battery, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. The new manager and mechanic helped me out and they were both incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to check everything, explain what was going on, and helped me get my battery situation fixed quickly. I never felt rushed or talked down to — which means a lot when you’re stressed about car trouble. With the old staff I experienced a year ago, I told myself I would not be coming back because of poor management and lack of knowledge on what an issue was w my former vehicle. I took a chance on it today to stop by and I am glad I did, because this new staff is absolutely delightful. Great customer service, honest help, and just genuinely good people. I really appreciate them taking care of me today. Highly recommend stopping here if you need help with your car!
