George is the best! He was very responsive and always follows up via text. He gave a window of 5-7p.m. but also disclosed he's at a job and was not sure it would be quick. While he arrived at 7 p.m., he communicated to let us know at 6 p.m. that he would be on the way but it would be at 7 p.m. for arrival. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that communication and honesty on timelines. He did the work for us on the Land Cruiser (1997) and gave the explanaiton of why and how the problem started. He replaced the battery for free and texted all this for the update when he was finished. Definitely would hire him again or refer him to anyone!

George does great, honest work whether he comes out himself or sends someone from his team. In my case, George initially sent one of his guys to replace the starter on my car. A few days later I was still having issues, and George personally came out at the end of his night to help me figure out what was going on. We ended up finding out the starter wasn’t the only problem — the extreme cold exposed that my 5-year-old battery was failing. It’s been about a month now and my car has been running perfectly. If anything ever goes wrong again, I’ll absolutely be calling George. Hopefully I never need to (because car repairs are never fun), but it’s great knowing I have someone I can trust for honest, reliable work if I do.

He installed a new battery within 5 minutes to get us back on the road in time to get to our family in Florida by Christmas.
