If you ever need your car worked on and are like me and worry about if the mechanic is actually going to fix your car or if it's just another shop that sees a female and thinks they can up the price on you.... Update: Grease Monkey is my go to shop now for repairs and maintenance! They fixed my front suspension and my car is driving smooth again! I was having front brake issues. Grease Monkey got me in and out within a couple hours. Marcus was very helpful and informative on other issues with my vehicle that need attention. Price was very reasonable. I will be back for future repairs!

UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a brake pad to slip and was in panic mode to say the least . I called Grease Monkey, I was not far from them with a last minute emergency and Marcus , took me right in . I can’t express how wonderful, heaven sent this was for me . The prices are unmatched the quality is unmatched . They know what they are doing and they get it done . Within hours I had all 4 brake pads on and rotors replaced . My car runs like a dream .. there are literally no words to express how awesome this place is . Highly recommend! Military discount and great coupons they add to services . I came to Grease monkey to get an oil change 3/4/26 & they moved really fast I was in and Out in less than five minutes. Marcus the manager was really helpful in telling me about all of their promotions and Sales that they have going on. They even vacuumed my car and I was able to get a free car wash with each oil change. I will definitely be coming back.

EXCELLENT WORK! For me these guys at the standard! After a busy day at work, I hurried to Grease monkey on Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins just 10 minutes prior to closing. I expected to set an appointment for the next day due to the time. I was met by the Lead Mechanic Tyrone and the shop Manager Marcus, who stated that as long as I got in even if it was two minutes prior to closing, I would be taken care of. They immediately got to work on my vehicle. I was in awe at the professionalism and attention to detail by these two. I was told of any problems with my vehicle and shown a video as well to explained what was needed for and problem areas; not just handed an invoice like so many other places I have been in the past. I would recommend this shop and location to anyone who needs a detailed inspection and repair work done to their vehicle. I can’t speak enough about their professionalism, willing to get the job done the right way and explanation of the job that was done without rushing me out of the front door. A++
