I am a senior, I moved from Dundee to Tennessee, and was back for 10 months when time to go home, I knew I needed an oil change,, and thought it would be best to have tires rotated,, I didn't really know where to go, but I'm so glad I went here, the entire place was spotless,, and comfortable, the lobby was good too, I watched out the window, they offered snacks too.. those guys(I wish I remembered there names) were absolutely great . In every way, very genuine,, sweet, polite, knowledgeable about every question even pricing ,easy to talk too even when I had a million questions and a little scared, and not pushy at all,, they made it a great experience, and I will surely use this same location again everytime..Thank you guys for a job well done.

Stay far away. I took my car to Grease Monkey in Dundee last Saturday for a routine oil change. While starting the work, the crew told me my radiator had a major defect and needed replacement (this was visually obvious). I agreed, and four hours later picked up my car at the quoted price. On the drive home, I noticed my horn didn’t work. At home, I discovered all the panel clips in the engine bay were destroyed, and my horns were hanging by their wires — completely unbolted. I reattached them myself. The next morning, I found a large puddle of coolant in my garage. A quick inspection revealed a coolant hose near the top of the radiator was only half reconnected and missing its clamp — the source of the leak. Given the horn and clip issues, I decided not to return to Grease Monkey and risk more mistakes. I called and left a message explaining the problems. On Monday morning, the manager asked me to bring the car back in. I explained I no longer trusted them with my vehicle. He said he’d speak to the owner about a partial labor refund and call back. Instead, I had the car towed to my regular mechanic. They immediately diagnosed even more issues: the bottom radiator hose was installed incorrectly and “cinched,” preventing coolant from entering the radiator at all. They performed a complete coolant flush and fixed the hose connections. I followed up in person with Grease Monkey. The manager again asked why I didn’t let them “fix it” and offered excuses, including blaming a “vacuum” for the hose issue. He assured me he was going “above and beyond” and offered me a $25 coupon — despite the fact that their mistakes could have caused serious overheating damage. He also claimed this “has never happened before,” though I know of at least one similar incident with a neighbor whose belt replacement failed the very next day, leaving her stranded. I’ve been a loyal Grease Monkey Dundee Oil Change customer for over two years. Prices were fair, service was fast, and I had no complaints — until now. This experience showed a severe decline in workmanship and attention to detail. Cars in the shop now seem few and far between, which sadly matches the quality I’ve seen. Bottom line: I will not return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this shop. My trust in them is gone, and I am still waiting for any real follow-up or reimbursement for the costs I incurred fixing their mistakes. Edit: After a few weeks, the respondent below returned my emails, only to inform me that this location is not corporate owned and he could not help. Again, steer clear of this shop.

Mechanics were polite, knowledgeable of their skills and automobile operations. The owner greeted me at my car and we sat and talked in the very nice lobby enjoying a complimentary cup of coffee. Every need that my car had was explained thoroughly without sales pressure, totally up to me to decide. I explained my concern about an issue I was having with the car starting and the mechanics offered to check several items to eliminate the problem. They confirmed my issues were battery related so I purchased a new battery and install. Oil changed with Mobil 1 synthetic high mileage. I feel much safer and confident my car will handle the long road trip ahead of me. Support small businesses!!

There is a New Owner and we had the pleasure to meet him today, we brought Kraig's Jeep here today, they found the problem, alternator went out, they ordered it at noon, had it by 3 and had the jeep back to us at 5.30. Great people. I would highly recommend this place to you. The photo is from Jeeping with Sheriff Judd, a once a year benefit ride. It was a blast 4x4ing until the alternator went out going up the rock hill right after the mud pit, that we got stuck in twice. Grease Monkey also has a auto and hand car wash.

Listen I went to grease monkey in Dundee on yesterday, which was Monday the 15th. I went to get my oil changed. My experience was phenomena, they was very pleasant, kind and friendly. I really like the set up they have, you can see how long before your car is ready, drink a cup of coffee or a bottle of water in a nice a clean waiting area. Ladies we know how when we go to places with our car and how men's tell us different things, we need this we need that and we get frightened and we spend more money than we really have, LISTEN they are honest people, the young man bought my filter into me and showed it to me I was ashamed, it was dirty and full of leaves and I know that was my filter because I watch him take it out, which he explained to me that I really do need it and I did agree with him. I appreciate what they did. Not to mention my car was trash on the inside taking grandkids to practice they leave bottles papers all over the car dirt but let me tell you something when I got my car back oh my God it looked practically new, I was so thankful! my car feel lighter it was amazing. The job that they did for me and I really appreciate it. So I do recommend you stop by there give them a try and I guarantee!!! you will go back oh not to mention then I got a free car wash with it, where I drove through the car wash and I've been needing my car vacuum and wash and I got it all done at one stop. I did not mean to say this much but I had this on my mind and I had to let y'all know that it is worth it the price was very reasonable and I will be going back. They are located right there in the Winn-Dixie store area please drop by go by and meet them let them service your car and you will be a happy camper because I was.
