If you enjoy paying about 35% more than what the competitors charge, this is the place for you. I've never used them but was in a hurry and didn't want to drive to my normal place so I asked the price in advance. It was high but I was in a hurry. But then it's always nice to get to the counter and be charged an extra $20 for an additional quart of oil that they could have told you about when quoting the first price. Since they know all the specs of the engine, including oil capacity, they could have quoted the final price upfront, and had they done so, I would not have done business with them.

Fast service and fair pricing. I did not like their policy of getting out of the car during the oil change like every other company in NWA offers. The sticker in my window only says the miles on the vehicle when it was serviced instead of a notification of when the next service will be due. I will not return here.

Great, honest, fast service. Prices are reasonable. They go out of their way to address any concerns I have. They swapped it out well *under* the price they quoted me, and in a reasonable amount of time. I've put 20k miles on the new gasket, no issues, and I've done double those miles since taking my car there for oil changes and more.

Amazing service. I was quoted a price on the estimated work from a quick check. It turned out that I needed a good bit more work to get my vehicle safe than what they could see initially. The shop bent over backwards to keep my bill near what they quoted at first. I would have been happy to pay more. Not to mention the incredibly nice service from the moment I rolled into the parking lot. Awesome shop. Will make the trip to use their services as long as I live in the area.

Overall good experience. Two bays were opened with cars in them. One bay had a car waiting behind the doors while the other one was clear. The worker told me to park behind the car that was still waiting. I was like ok kinda wierd. Then after time passes this other car was pulled up into the empty spot behind bay number 2. Find out they are dating and he knew she was coming that day. I don't appreciate the workers playing favorites when you have paying customers there first.

The Grease Monkey so-called guarantee has a loop hole big enough to drive a truck through. Assuming the techs at this garage did not service the truck. Because if they did, there's a good chance the truck won't run at all. The techs at the Crossover garage installed the oil filter on my truck incorrectly on a Saturday. The business is closed on Sundays. On Monday, after driving about 100 miles to Vinita, Oklahoma, I realized that all of the oil had drained out and the engine of my truck was very close - within minutes - of burning out. By the grace of God, I was able to get it fixed in time. I have pictures to document the mistake. The techs here said my truck was in great shape after they did this work. So the mistake is clearly on their end. Now the business is refusing to give me a refund on the dangerously incompetent work they did. They're saying that I had to bring the truck into this specific garage before they will provide a refund. This was impossible because I was 100 miles away when my engine nearly burned out because they had installed the filter incorrectly. I was treated rudely when I called to ask them to honor their guarantee. The person I spoke with said there was no other telephone number I could call to register a complaint or arrange for a refund. I was given an email address which does not work. The person I spoke with told me to just google Grease Monkey if I had a complaint. There was zero effort to make things right. I have pictures to document the mistake. Steer clear of this place for your own safety.

I’ve came here for years and hasn’t had any problems til today, it was 10am check in and left a hour later. And idk if they were trying to rush since it was getting busy or try to beat the clock refund policy they have. Problem no.1 But they had a brand new air filter on my engine and 2 people looked at the box and didn’t hesitate to ask me. 3 other people were asked about their filter being changed right in front of me and no one asked me if I wanted it to changed out. So they didn’t change it. When it was “done” and they pull my truck around to the front. While I was paying they told me I needed a new air filter and wipers. I told them well if I was asked I wouldve changed them. Then asked me “well didn’t someone about your filter being changed?”.. reply no and told them it was sitting on the engine and they didn’t bother to check or ask me. But they asked the first 3 people of front of me about their filters. So they had to pull my truck back in. And gave me a $5 off “ Referral change”.. LOL After 10 mins they finished an “closed up”… they pulled around my truck and told me have a good day.. I looked at my hood and they didn’t even try to close it. That was problem no. 2… and if I would’ve drove off and that flew up. SMH.. Y'all need to slow down.. or idk what the case is. Even after spending $85 ..which I only pay $44 for an oil change, they didn’t mention about changing the oil type.

I had my tires rotated at this location, but they didn’t balance them due to not having a balancing machine. Unfortunately, this resulted in a bent and damaged wheel. While they’re fine for an oil change but I wouldn’t recommend

I was low on oil, so instead they topped off my oil, gave me some great advice, and didn't charge me a cent. Very impressed with their honesty and willigness to help. Really kind and amazing crew, we went in for a AC recharge to try to fix our ac and when that didnt end up helping our issue they didnt charge us at all. They're amazingly fast at what they do and i highly recommend them :)

10/2/2020 - Car brought in for routine oil change. Returned with note "preexisting damage to oil pan", even though there was no indication of leakage or problem prior to this oil change. We found oil leaking after the oil change and brought the car back for correction. Were charged for a replacement drain plug on 10/17/2020. Root cause? Cross-threaded drain plug. Most recent oil change, they sent my 17 year old daughter home with the car in this condition (after charging $56 for an oil change). Insisted they could no longer work on the car and it would need to be repaired by a dealership. When I spoke to the manager in person, she explained that there had been damage in "multiple places" to the oil pan, and that it was not cross-threaded. I got it home, jacked it up, and it's quite clear it was cross-threaded, leaking from the plug, and there is no other damage. Before the oil change, it was not leaking. Within a couple of hours of the $56 oil change, you can see the result in the pictures below. I called back, explained what I had found, and was told that the car was not properly cared for, I had only brought it in once per year (implying we were not a valuable customer). I offered them the opportunity to correct this, and they declined. Upon removing the drain plug, it had been clearly and obviously cross-threaded. They're close, they're convenient, but if you rely on your car for transportation, don't trust them.

UPDATE: Jamison, Barry Michael, Logan and the team are great, responsive, professional & personable. I had an issue with my car that was a bit of a puzzle and as a drop in (quiet moment at the time there) they were so quick to and happy to help investigate. Since I had time constraints they couldn’t finish investigating but were great thinking out of the box looking into it odd noise. I Made an appointment so they would have adequate time to investigate. Issue was quickly resolved next day. The crew were great and I recommend Grease Monkey, on Crossover Rd — all the team wanted to investigate and resolve for me. Thank you. 5 stars Multiple vehicles in line may move quicker than you assume - not all are oil change appointments; they do other work as well. 😊👍🏻💯

I always went here for oil changes. Spent plenty of money here at the Crossover location. Always great service and friendly....until I asked the lady about brake work. She said they have package deals only, which was fine. When I told her I only needed brake pads, she followed it with..."well, this isn't the place for you." A simple, I am sorry but we only offer the package, would've been sufficient. Pretty rude and cold. I guess it isn't the place for me.
