Edit: On an inspection visit the tech invented the good old "your brake pedal fell to the floor when I got in it leaking brake line" routine, a favorite of shady inspection techs, despite me having just driven the car there and being under it doing an oil change. So same shady games as usual, maybe depending on which tech you get. Have been going somewhere else since.

Impressive service! I called asking for a “Tall Order” for the vehicle. Not only did they say come on in, the job was handled with in just a few hours. Same day service! It could have turned into an all day long or next day competition. Will use this service center repeatedly for our vehicle needs in the future. Thanks to all the staff. 5 STARS!

Called at 0850 this morning about a nail in my tire. They were able to work me in by 1000. Gene (name?) the technician discovered that the nail had not pierced the tire. He made sure there was no leak, put the tire back on and completed the work. He then said there was no charge! Wow, how refreshing.
These folks have been servicing Great Bridge for years. They are local, and IMO great to deal with! Highly recommended for great customer service!
